Abbey's Creations Pacific Place

Amazing place to go. Lots of ice cream choices and lots of topping choices(coconut flakes, chocolate chips, sprinkles, gummy bears, etc) they also have a selection of dipped cones with topping. We will definitely go back sooner rather than later. Highly recommended!

Lawrence is the best at making ice cream, give him a raise. He is very helpful and generous. His ice cream is immaculate.

Service was horrendous and the ice cream might have been worse. We ordered a single scoop of cookies and cream in a cup and it took the employees 10 minutes to make it. Weighing out the ice cream seemed to be the number one priority of this establishment because god forbid they give an extra 10 grams of ice cream to a customer. The employee ran to and from the scale at least 5 times with our ball of ice cream and by the time we could add mix ins, the ice cream was semi melted. Alongside this, they didn't clean off the cold plate so we got a nice cup of cookies and bubble gum ice cream. The texture, smell, and flavour was like playdoh, it was strangely salty.

Abbey knows how to hire employees!! Super great service, the Filipino girl who served my gf and I was so friendly and patient. Add that along to the bomb af ice cream flavours, and that puts abbeys at probably the no.1 ice cream place in yyc

Super disappointed with this store. Been trying to order a cake for a birthday with hassle after hassle from them. Was first told it'd be a week to make(we were a day late, while the sites says it might take 2 days at most for a order). Staff did not want to try and help us in any way for that order. So we also tried to ask if they had any cakes in store and what flavors they had. They wouldn't even give us a answer. I get if they can't make the cake in time, but refusing to even answer some simple questions seems odd.I do believe it's still quite new so I hope that their customer service improves with time, but for right now I would avoid this location if you want anything custom made done.

Abbey’s Creations has a delicious variety of ice cream flavours including many Filipino flavours that are hard to find elsewhere in Calgary. I highly recommend the Ube Queso and Pandan and toppings are free and unlimited so I would highly recommend adding their cheesecake topping to the Ube Queso, it’s a great combination.

A small ice cream store in Pacific Place, that packs a huge wow factor!I brought my family here and they ordered the ice-cream with the cones dipped in various toppings.You can get the ice-cream mixed or separated. Also a choice of dozens of toppings.Cakes and other various goodies are also available in the stand up fridge.The young filipina girl working here deserves a raise, as she seemed she was working alone. Plus there is a lot of preparation that goes into each ice-cream.Although very busy, she always greeted the customers with an upbeat attitude.You can also sample the ice-cream before buying that flavor your unaware of.8$ for a cone but VERY worth it. Yum Yum is an understatement.
