I had a problem with my 13 year old pool heater. Generations was recommended by my pool store. I called and they came out the next day. Diagnosis of the problem was quick and a replacement part was on the truck.Excellent service, great advice was received and a fair price for the work done. What more could I ask for.I highly recommend this company.

Our construction company has recently been working side by side with Generations Heating and Air Conditioning, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Scott, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of all our projects during the installation. Our HVAC systems all run perfectly, and we’ve been told there’s a significant improvement in air quality. I highly recommend Generations for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

There are still some honest heating/cooling companies out there! After our gas fireplace stopped working and another company told us that the repair would be $700+ and it still may not work and we should just replace it for $3-4000. We called Generations, and Tim came out promptly, was friendly and professional, and had our fireplace up and running within minutes. He didn't even need to replace any parts, and gave it a nice cleaning while he was here. It's like we have a new fireplace for the cost of a service call! We are so grateful to have found a company that is willing to repair things instead of just pushing us to buy new. We will definitely call Generations again!

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed recently and we are so happy with the friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt service provided by this family owned business. So nice to deal with a company that you can count on!

Rob got our gas fireplace working again within the hour. He noted that the pilot light would have to be lit manually, and made a note on the invoice he would get us a price for a new ignition box, new remote, and trim kit. However, despite two follow up phone calls on my part I did not hear back from them, therefore I cannot give 5 stars.

We bought our furnace from Tim 12 years ago. Recently a fan motor needed replacing; Tim and Rob were great to deal with! Professional and courteous, they fixed the issue quickly at minimal cost, and got us up and running again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning sales and support.

Contacted them left a message and working 25 minutes Tim had called back right away! The technician Scott was able to come out on a last minute notice at 8 30 at night and had our heat working again in barely anytime at all, excellent service, Scott knew what he was talking about and was very good at what he does, great team of guys that are local and willing to help. Prices are fair and they actually care about people and aren't just there to sell you anything you don't need. Give them a call.
