Our son currently attends centennial daycare and absolutely loves it. The educators are wonderful and very hands on with the children. Always planning special events and exciting, educational activities both inside and outside the daycare.

I can't tell you how blessed we are to have centennial as a happy and safe place for our little one. It's been almost 1 year of participating in the program and I can say that all social and language skills were possible because of the great team there. When he started as an international student with zero English, the entire team embraced him to be part of the center and with open heart, they taught him a new language based on love and care. We will never forget. 1000x Thank you!!

Our time at Centennial was unfortunately brief. Our daughter seemed to enjoy her first few weeks there, but in the transition she had a potty training regression and started having multiple accidents a day. The staff requested that we have a meeting to discuss this, stating the she might need to take a break from daycare for a few weeks or a few months. At the meeting, we barely talked about potty training. Instead, we learned about multiple behaviours that we had not previously known were causing issues: our daughter was being disruptive a nap time, was taking too long to get ready to go outside, and was generally being uncooperative and taking too much staff time. They told us that she was too young" for the program

Centennial is a gem. There are so many impressive aspects about the childcare providers at Centennial and the way that the daycare is run. On a practical level, the daycare is extremely well-organized. The parent handbook is clear, concise, comprehensive, and up-to-date. Each and every communication from management to parents is necessary, thoughtful, and well-written. The indoor space is spacious, clean, comfortable, calming, and inviting. The outdoor space has intriguing play opportunities and is nicely laid out and maintained. The manager, Alexandra, is exceptionally intelligent and well-spoken, a natural with children, and passionate about her work. She is gentle yet deliberate, perceptive, intuitive, creative, and fun, as well as being a fiercely competent and reliable manager. She knows exactly what she is doing. Someone of Alexandra’s caliber in a leadership role must play a role in attracting and keeping a high quality staff because my daughter has been consistently cared for by a group of childcare providers that inspire confidence. I have no doubt that the Centennial staff have something to offer my daughter and that she is benefiting from her time at daycare.Right since she started daycare, my daughter has been regularly happy at drop-off and at pick-up. On the way home she often chats excitedly about this or that experience she’s had that day. It makes me so happy to look in the rear view mirror and see a spark in her eyes. I attribute her contentment to the experienced, patient, kind, and attentive staff, as well as the thought and energy that is obviously put into providing the children with original and interesting play ideas.Along with some great pictures we get to see of what activities the kids have taken part in, Grace will periodically write several paragraphs reflecting on her observations of the children and their interactions with their environment and with each other. It is apparent from Grace’s detailed descriptions that the children are being watched over mindfully. They are being paid close attention and their creative and imaginative impulses are being drawn out and nurtured.I feel extremely lucky for the time our daughter has been able to spend at Centennial. She is the better for it and I’m thankful every day for the hard work that is done to make that kind of positive difference in a child’s life.

More than a daycare, Centennial is a perfect place for our son. A happy and safe environment and one of our favorite parts is always getting photos and reports of activities and field trips. The best place in town, we recommend Centennial for sure.

As current parents, we are deeply grateful for our experience at Centennial Daycare. From our very first visit, we were impressed by the bright and welcoming classroom, where educators promoted children's growth and development through active play in a natural environment. Every week, we are greeted by a charming little chalkboard at the door, displaying the weekly activity plan thoughtfully designed by the educators. And every time we pick up our child, we can't help but smile at the sight of dirty shoes and messy hair, and yet, sparkling eyes full of joy.As a non-native English speaking family, we are particularly appreciative of the way Centennial Daycare has supported our child's language development. We have seen our child go from being hesitant to communicate with others to becoming increasingly fluent in English, actively engaging with peers, and becoming more confident every day.We could go on and on about the countless ways in which Centennial Daycare has touched us. The support and care that our family has received are truly unparalleled, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for our son.

My daughter, Penny, has loved her last 2 years at Centenial Day Care. As a parent of a child attending their center, I'm very happy to see the effort made by all the staff in helping to raise my little girl. I highly recommend Centenial to all new parents!

We’ve been with centennial for 2 years now and we love it. The staff is kind and patient and have dealt with the pandemic with grace and levelheadedness. Our kiddo loves going and has made such good friends. They go on such fun adventures with the kids and the mood at the Center is so lovely and welcoming. It’s a huge relief to know the philosophy of the Center aligns with my own parenting style. We’ll be so sad to leave when our kiddo graduates to kindy!

Our daughter Stella has been at Centennial for a few months now and loves it - she’s happy to be dropped off in the morning and excited for what she’ll learn that day. She sings songs we don’t know and comes home in a good mood. The location is a bit urban/industrial but they compensate well using the open indoor space, the patio, and field trips.
