I first contacted Brian a few years ago to remove a 30 year old cherry tree in my front yard. I was impressed with how careful he was with protecting my lawn and surrounding plants while he cut the tree down. When he left, everything was cleaned up very nicely! I then found out that he did other handyman services and subsequently hired him to replace the vanity and toilet in my powder room. Most recently, he installed new flooring and replaced the tub and faucet in my laundry room. Brian always arrived when he said he would, left everything very clean upon completion and accommodated my request to have a gap day" in the work so that I could paint while the room was empty. I've been very pleased with BuildingByBri services."

Good things comes to those who wait! I had reached out to BuildingbyBri to assist with a privacy wall installation on my deck and had originally locked in July 27th for the job to be completed. Due to an unexpected turn of events the date had to be pushed to Aug 12th and I'm glad I waited for the next available date. Brian arrived early and quickly did a run through of what he was planning to do and set to work right away. He finished building the privacy wall fairly quickly and it turned out amazing and precisely to the measurements we had requested. He also offered some very helpful suggestions to improve the stability of my deck. The pictures speak for the awesome work that Brian did (see before and after). We were referred to Building by Bri by our general contractor, Cadence Construction and Design Inc.​​, who had done a lot of work on our home and trust their opinion. We were looking to have a fence put up and also some trees trimmed. Brian and Jill both came to our home to provide the quote. They were very friendly and helpful and hired them for the work. The work was completed exactly how we had hoped. Brian and his colleague did an amazing job, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated on any issues that arose. They also talked to our neighbors and kept them updated as well. Building by Bri did an incredible job, and we are already thinking about hiring them for another job. We would highly recommend them!

I wish to recommend BuildingByBri for tree trimming and pruning. What a pleasant experience it was to have Jill and Brian taking care of my trees specifically one that reached my house walls and close to the gas and hydro meters. It was so easy to communicate with them, set-up appointments, receiving estimates and having the job professionally completed. I was also impressed on how clean the place was once the job completed. Brian and Jill have been a pleasure to deal with. I needed my deck to be replaced and a few changes to be done to the lay out and Brian did not disappoint. The worked performed was outstanding. The came to Glendale Tennis Club and did some great maintenance on our club house and installed a much needed chain link fence. Would highly recommend them!

Brian and his team arrived when expected and worked very hard to replace 13 fence posts between 4 adjoining properties. We asked Brian to do the skirting on our deck. We thoroughly discussed and he made sure to perfectly understand how we wanted it to be done. It was a 3-day job and he showed-up on-time every day. The job was done perfectly and he asked the necessary questions to ensure it was to our liking. He also made sure to leave the site clean after the job was finished.There was a miscalculation of the material required when he quoted (mostly caused by a huge planter that was there when he took measurements) which he brought up as soon as he noticed. He gave me a new estimate for the extra material and gave me a credit on material not used.Brian is an excellent contractor, thorough and responsible. He's also a super nice guy to talk to.I definitely recommend BuildingByBri services.
