Fusion Sushi Restaurant

Go to W Sushi instead. We tried this place with a group since we were at an event downtown and it was closer. Some of the sushi was good, others were not and we had to take turns eating the bad ones. The ordering system was confusing and we ended up ordering too much sometimes. Service was not great. Payment was extremely slow and we had an event to get to afterward. We won't be back to this place.

We're a regular here, it's our go to sushi place. The first few times were good, there weren't any problems. The service has been really terrible lately, they won't take your order sheet until 20 minutes after it is written. And when they do, you will one receive only a third of your order. They are very disorganized and don't seem like they care about their jobs. Would not recommend.

Can't submit less than one star. Complete disregard for order that they receive clients. Showed up when there were only two tables occupied. Placed order. Just before three other groups arrived. We only got part of our order. There were 5 plates ready to be served. The first was mine. They took orders from late guests the other tables got the later plates served. I had to ask for the plate left near the prep table. When confronted about later guests being served before us they made excuses of being busy.....Really!!!! Asked to speak to manager. Staff said the manager was too busy. Seriously!!!??? Demanded to speak with manager and was still denied. Lost my appetite..and will never go or recommend this ridiculous excuse for a restaurant.

This place is ok. I don't think their sushi is amazing but it's not bad either. Their Bao is really good though.

Been there many times over 3 years. Always fast service, friendly staff, cheaper prices and fresh food. My favourite sushi place by a wide margin. Only complaint would be that the staff can be over-bearing sometimes, visiting your table too often and interrupting dinnerconversations. That's more of a double-edgedsword, though; The price the customer pays forattentive service.5 stars, or 9.6/10. Highly recommend!

By far the worst sushi and service I have ever had.We were a table of 4 and the first to arrive for the all you can eat lunch. We waited so long for our food to come that we sat there for a total of two hours and when I left I was still hungry. For four people our order was relatively small and we still had to wait a long time to receive any food, and when it started to come it was slow between dishes. We sat and waited for our items and watched other tables receive large orders they placed after we had ordered. Many items we ordered were never brought to the table, even after being reordered. We waited so long for items that after two hours we were still hungry. Even after telling the server that we had been there for so long, didn't receive many items we ordered, and were still hungry, he insisted we pay the full all you can eat price.

my boyfriend and I have been here twice in the past two weeks because it was so amazing our first time, and they did not disappoint when we came back for a second visit. Everything was absolutely delicious, the rolls were all very big, they didn't cheap out. Fast service, very friendly staff and delicious sushi, you can't go wrong.

Good food but not enough to overcome the poor service.Our party occupied two tables - we ended up staying for more than 3 hours because of food not coming, missed orders, and servers coming back later on to tell us that menu items are no longer available. We left feeling dismayed with the service and how management treated us. Despite fully acknowledging that we waited over an hour to get our orders, and not getting all our orders (Can't you see how busy we are?") - the management didn't volunteer to any type of concession. As there are many other choices for "all you can eat" sushi places in Guelph with similar food quality

Very disappointed by the food I received today. Usually I order the sushi and it is awesome, today my friends and I ordered the pad thai and it was the worst pad thai any of us had eaten. Very oily and not flavorful, made my stomach upset. Friend ordered the veggie one and it was just a bowl of noodles with a piece of broccoli and a few mushrooms (seriously?). If you want pad thai you are better off ordering from somewhere else

Probably my favorite sushi place in Guelph. The service is usually pretty quick and the all you can eat lunch special is on par (price wise) with competing places. They have the best crab pizza in town undoubtably. I've never ordered any rolls or anything here I haven't liked. Its all pretty fresh. I would go here over any other sushi place in Guelph if you're looking for sushI!
