We had the pleasure to have Jason be our lawyer for the closing of our first home. He took the time to go through all the legal documents in detail and made sure we understood what we were signing. His staff, specifically Ashley, were very responsive and helped ensure we successfully closed on our first home, and that includes a last minute hiccup during the registration. A couple days ago, I went to the Service Ontario nearby and found that I need notary public service. I decided to go to Cherniak Law located in the same building to ask if they can help to prepare the sworn statement and do notarization for me. As a walk-in customer, I was surprised that Cherniak Law really paid attention to detail, they did the statement and notarization for me very carefully. Great service!
