Ask questions and they all give different answers. You will be expected to wait for them, but they will not call you back. Meanwhile you're losing money every day to inflation. Call your represenatives and complain, and strike cuz you won't be able to afford anythign soon with this useless government

This is the worst possible ''customer'' service ever.3 weeks trying to reach one person and they just keep hanging up on you, after 2 hour wait times. Cannot go in person and can't get one person to answer properly. This is ridiculous.

Sometimes I feel like it'd be easier to swim back to africa than to deal with them. Worst experience ever. As a tax paying citizen this is beyond ridiculous
