Dr. Mather and his staff were terrific. The staff were so comforting when they noted that I was a bit anxious about having the procedure done. I have been to the office several times for my daughter and myself. They are friendly and punctual. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Dr Mather, Dr Hawkins and the entire staff were very nice and patient. Even though I am very scared of needles, Dr Hawkins made it painless and smooth. After having all of my wisdom teeth out, there was minimal pain and a fast recovery. Overall a great experience.

The booking staff and Doc were great. The booking staff took the time to find an appointment time that would work really well for my son and Doc Mather took the time to explain everything in detail. We received a follow up call from Doc Mather after sugery to see how things were going and to offer advice to make sure the pain was under control and the healing process continued. Excellent experience. G.A.

The lack of empathy and negligence from my experience has been absolutely horrible.I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed Feb 10thOn Feb 15th I noticed I was still in alot of pain on my upper left side I explained the situation to the nurse assistant she claimed I had oronatal communication, I had to actually get her to look it sounds like oronatal communication but I can look if you want"Which she did a 2 second sweep and handed me a care sheet and sent me out the door.On Feb 17th my upper left was in horrible pain i went into the office in pain. Again the Dr Mather looked in mouth for 1 second told everyone heals different and said I had signed a consent form.NOTE : I had never went in there angry with complaints over the surgery I went in looking for a solution to my pain.Obviously something was wrong but he did not care I left the office sobbing because I was in so much pain. They wanted me to continue to taking pain killers which everyone knows isn't viable long term.Today I visited my actual dentist after explaining my situation the assistant before even looking says you have dry socket!Turns out the whole time I've had dry socket ! Which causes an INSANE amount of pain

I was nervous getting all four wisdom teeth out but let me tell you this is the place to do it! The anesthesiologist was amazing and the whole team for the surgery was painless and professional. I would 10/10 go here again, the surgeon even followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure I was healing well. Thank you so much for making my experience so great.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’ve been debating leaving this review but decided I would want to know if someone had a bad experience here. The doctor and nurses are very desensitized to doing surgeries/being around surgeries and have very little empathy for patients. When taken into the room for my tooth surgery, I let them know I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to being put under. Normal doctors trained in patient sensitivity would be extra communicative and work slowly with someone who struggles with this. Instead they barely spoke to me, and put me under without even warning me. I basically had a panic attack before going under and remember being so terrified with my heart beating through my chest. When I woke up, no one spoke to me or told me what was going on. I was placed in bed in a room that was empty. I remember crying and just wanting to hold my sisters hand because I was so scared. They don’t allow any family members to be with the patient so I had to just lay there crying alone. Finally, I saw a male nurse walk by and start doing some paperwork near me. He didn’t utter a word or even look at me to see if I needed help. To make matters worse, one of the female employees walked up to him and started talking his ear off. Telling him how she loves seeing more male nurses and how they’re important in the healthcare field. In my opinion I shouldn’t have been able to hear a personal conversation directly after a painful surgery, or been forced to listen to it. Both employees were talking very loudly and were so discourteous about it. I mustered up the strength to say “excuse me, I am in ALOT of pain.” The male nurse gave me a pill for my pain which was the only thing I appreciated. I wanted to say “it’s extremely unprofessional to be having this conversation beside a half unconscious patient who has a splitting headache and just had teeth yanked out of them” but alas, the gauze stuffed in my mouth and the anesthesia not having worn off yet didn’t let me speak much. Once my sister took me home, I had unbearable pain for the next 4 days. Not one doctor or nurse called me to check up on me and see how the healing was going. I had to book an appointment and take myself back, and the nurse told me I had dry socket on both sides so that’s why it was so painful. After inserting medicated cloves into both sockets, she sent me on my way. I still haven’t received a single call to check in on me and see if the cloves worked. Each worker here needs to complete a patient sensitivity course. I’m not exaggerating when I say they act like it’s a hair salon instead of a surgeon’s office. I am beyond disappointed in the way they treated me. FIND A DIFFERENT BUSINESS TO GO TO.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably checked the reviews before your oral surgery, feeling terrified. It’s normal to want to know other people’s experiences as a form of self protection. Well, this is my honest positive review from this past week.I’ve been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years now because I was so afraid of potential nerve damage due to my impacted wisdom teeth. Finally after my consultation with Dr Mather, I decided to just go for it. I looked up every video about wisdom teeth removal & the recovery process and my anxiety was crazy high. When I got to the clinic, there was a lady that does the paperwork (I wish I got her name), but she was incredibly nurturing and kind. She reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and she was just the comfort that I needed. When I went to the room for them to start prepping me for the anaesthetic, I started to cry a little bit. The dental assistant handed me some tissues and asked what I was nervous about. She then reassured me that everything would be okay. When the anesthesiologist came in, he asked me lots of questions and kept things light hearted. Eventually I started feeling a little high, and then I had a laughing fit until I was out. The whole operating room were giggling with me and making me feel so comfortable as I was falling asleep.I’m healing up very well, and their post op instructions are super clear. Dr. Mather even called me to check to see how I’m doing. Im very glad that I went here, and the care of the office is top notch. Thank you guys.
