Clean and well maintained building. Most tenants are friendly.very accessible to buses and public transit and very close to shopping mall, T&T and Walmart. School is only next block. quite neighborhood. room is quite especially if your unit is facing the courtyard. It ahs decent amenities, which is just enough fort ta development this size.

Beautiful stylish modern building, safe and secure and very close to all amenities (schools, shopping, dining, recreational, arts and culture)5 - 10 min walk to Skytrain and public buses.

Great building low rise building, mid-ranged price, , good location and accessible. Been living in the building for more than 7 years and had no major issues. Most problematic tenants are those renters who doesn't care much about strata rules.
