Quality Inn & Conference Centre Downtown

I was visiting a friend who was staying here a few weeks ago. Needless to say, neither myself nor my friend will be back anytime soon. The room was very dirty, and the manager was extremely rude.Update: Thank you for apparently wanting to rectify the situation. However, I think it's a bit of a shame that you're doing so from behind a computer monitor, and that management couldn't be bothered to do so in person during my friend's stay. Also, as it was my friend's hotel room, my name would not be listed as a guest. Thank you.

Staff were friendly, always easy on-site parking, everything in the room worked fine. Not luxury, but clean and safe. I was happy with my stay!

Guest service was good and welcoming.. check in and check out were smooth.. room was clean and tidy. Breakfast little let down for me .. everything was cold even coffee.. but must say staff was really helpful and trying their best. Overall nice

Terrible hotel, very very disappointed with Choice Hotels , I thought their standards were much higher. Terrible parking, lobby didn’t look like a lobby, the lifts are from last century, the room was the worst. Mould on the bathroom roof, wallpaper falling off, windows following apart. The hotel smells of curry all over. The only good thing in this hotel is the coffee machine and the front line staff. The city should condemn this hotel.

It's a nice place to stay , beds were comfortable and room was neat and clean. Only thing which was disappointing was breakfast. Only got water was kept in flask for tea and it was not hot at all. When I complaint the guy said will bring new and again the water he brought was hot but not enough hot to enjoy a hot cup of tea which you need to start your day. It spoiled my mood and all the comfort was on one side and this little thing was so much pinching. Management should party attention towards this small issue which could get them 5 stars. Another thing which was very irritating was too much noise coming in the lobby from some kind of programme going on it was very loud music and making it difficult to stay in lobby. Rest everything was perfect. Staff was good.

Clarification: Wanted to EMAIL inquirees BEFORE booking! Did I mention EMAIL and BEFORE?? It can't be done!! Also, will you ask non-EV's that are blocking chargers, to move? Many reviews say front desk won't. Will change star rating based on response.

We were very nervous with some of the reviews but we are so happy we kept our reservation! Rooms are clean and exactly what we needed ! We traveled about 6 hours for a funeral when we got there they let us check in early due to our circumstances and were so welcoming and friendly ! The breakfast was hot and fresh and actually really yummy, both our kiddos loved the waffle maker !The location isn't great but we never felt unsafe or scared ! They have a car charger if needed which is a fantastic bonus !Over all we are very happy and would definitely book again !!
