I don't know who's going to read my personal experience with this insurance company, but I've to share with you so that you don't regret tomorrow! Please stay away from this insurance.Economical insurance using a lot of names as a broker (Definity insurance) Stay away from this insurance! I had a terrible experience with one of the adjuster her name is Niya Ahmed. She humiliated me and treated me unfair. None of us deserved to be treated unfair. On Dec I had an accident which I had 0 fault guess what happened to me? I've been denied the rental untill 2weeks from the accident and she told me that she's doing investigation. My policy was included rental but she seems that she doesn't care until was confirmed the accident fault which took 2weeks. I've helped her before this 2weeks & provided all the necessary things that she needed for example dash camera footage that shows full evidence of who's at fault and police report, but she chose not to take the evidence. When your in need they're not there for you but they know how to withdraw your money in the bank on time! In addition to that, there was no direct communication at all they don't respond the phone call neither they get back to you when you leave massage. Poor services. To be honest I don't appreciate their service at all. No customer service at all. Adjuster have no sense of humor and they don't care the customer problem at all.Choose this insurance to your own risk!

I'm with Economical Insurance since last year 2022-01-13, my premium was $1691 a year, no accident, this year for the same car, the same usage but because I change my address, even in Ottawa, they increase my premium, I have to pay $143 more. The way they do business is fishy not transparent, no consideration for customers. Be careful, they will find a way to steal your money for any reason. There customer's service is not good.

Economical insurance is anything but that. They just gave me a home insurance quote for $528. A MONTH. Went with another company for less than half that. Crooks.

The representative that is handling my claim, Ana dos santos Rohan Blake , is one of the most unprofessional commercial adjuster I have ever had to deal with. BUSINESSES BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY I had an accident last year and still haven’t been receiving any help from them, I have slip disk move in my back & neck, im in serious need of physio and running out of funds, they’ve been ignoring me and my broker to the point of blocking my broker to get in contact with them. I’m in process of filling a Embezzlement lawsuit against them. Do your self a favour and DONT get insured by them!!

Avoid at all costs. Father's car was hit from behind at no fault of my own, rendered undriveable, and towed away month ago and I have received nothing with almost response to my communications.

Shady business practices, poor communication and some of the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would highly recommend any other insurance agency over economical.

No one should sign up for insurance with this company. My vehicle was hit by another driver. That driver immediately claimed fault, and this was processed accordingly IN EARLY AUGUST 2021. Our economical 'agent' almost never responds to our inquiries, requests for updates and regularly screens our calls and ignores our emails. We've repeatedly asked to get another agent. The company refuses. Management appears to be a joke and they do nothing to address this situation. After months, we are now finally at the stage of getting repairs done through our local collision center, yet economical STILL hasn't sent over the paperwork showing the deductible has been waived.This company is unprofessional. Customer service is terrible. Being polite about everything gets you no where. I cannot believe this is an insurance company and as soon as we get the repairs done, we are changing insurance companies.

The adjusters they work with are absolute trash. Moneer doesn’t respond to any email or calls. Economical “escalates” every day, but does nothing. It’s been five weeks without a vehicle, and their adjusters can’t even return phone calls. Will definitely not be sticking with this company, once this is sorted. They have zero empathy for anyone.

I wonder if the investor's of this company know how it's poorly operating. Two months and still my adjuster hasn't replied to my emails to get my car repaired
