Had a fridge issue........was slowly warming. Yikes. Called and Chivy was great about scheduling me for a repair call as well as suggesting I go on the cancellation list" which allowed them to get to me a day earlier.Colten called at 9:00 am to schedule his call and arrived on time. Serge was super helpful and understanding in fixing my dishwasher.Once he pulled it out he cleaned under it before he returned it to its proper place. He had to order a part and was back within a week to put it in.He also helped me with my freezer/fridge. He gave me a quick lesson on why issues turn up and then pulled my fridge out and cleaned it all in the back and levelled it. It was such a help! I appreciated it immensely.Such great service and a friendly and respectful man. Thanks Serge!!

Highly recommended! My old GE dryer suddenly stopped working, and Sergei was able to quickly identify the issue during his first visit. Parts were ordered the next day, and arrived promptly. Sergei returned to my home and fixed the dryer and now it is working very well again!Sergei and Combined Appliances kept me current on the state of the parts order. Sergei was on time, very personable and professional, and fixed the problems with my dryer at a fair price.

They were good and said that if I wanted to order parts through them they would bring parts in. Yesterday I asked if they could bring a part in and she said only if they did the work! That's the end of them ! This went from five star to 1 star.
