David Lecompte is my go to guy at Lethbridge Trucktown. After getting in an accident and finding out my vehicle was a write off, I reached out to David about coming to test drive some new vehicles. David came in on his day off to assist me in order to get me on the road as soon as possible. Quick and easy process, and always a good experience when I am at Trucktown.

My partner & I went a couple days ago to view a suv we were almost sure on buying but needed a couple days to think it over as we were told by David he’d would get us “the best price”.. Only to find out today that they do not negotiate on prices? David not only mislead us into thinking we’d possibly get a better deal, he hardly knew anything about the vehicle he was trying to sell, & he couldn’t hold a conversation. David & his team lost out on a sale. I wouldn’t recommend going to this lot as they will mislead you.

Bought a vehicle from them march 2022, inspection said it was all good to go, took our first big trip with in beggining of April and took it to dealership on our vacation and turned out needed about $5,000 of repairs including all brake pads even tho told they were over half there life left. Just want to warn everyone to be careful when purchasing from truck town, maybe get a peace of mind inspection done by a 3rd party before signing anything

I am one of those people that trade in and purchase a new vehicle every year or 2 so needless to say I am used to this process. I honestly have to say this was the easiest best deal I have ever done. I have dealt with big box dealerships that have tried hiding money in the purchase agreement ripping me off left and right. Stephanie and David were so amazing and accommodating. Like I said the process was so easy I was worried lol. It was just straight forward from the beginning. they even ordered me in the Jeep I wanted and when we showed up the car was running with ac for us to test drive it. After the deal was done a few days later they even called me to follow up on my new ride to see how everything was going, honestly Just amazing people to deal with.I would NEVER go anywhere else. AMAZING AMAZING dealership!!!!!!!!! Please do not hesitate to go to these lovely people.

Jan was the guy helping me, and I've never had a more personalized and helpful experience. I'm glad I went here, I have a bad credit rating, and I was needing to start up again to build my credit. Jan was very understanding of my situation, and was able to still find a car that would be able to be financed for me in this situation. I can honestly tell you that they want to work WITH you so you can get the best deal for whatever situation you are in. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and I will definitely work with them in the future.Thank you to all of the staff at Trucktown, especially Jan, for your amazing customer service as well and helping me to feel like family.

Recently purchased a great truck at Trucktown Lethbridge. David the salesman was very proffesional and helpful ! On the test drive a check engine light came on , David went all out and had the truck diagnostics done and the issue fixed prior to sale. Low KM vehicles at great prices I highly recommend checking out Truck Town Lethbridge if you are in the market for a reasonably priced used truck. 5 stars for professional service and timely resolution of an unforseen issue. Oh and very good financing rates for me as well ! Thank you everyone :)

I am very pleased with Chris and the service department with my Cadillac's detailing. I did business with them twice a full interior and exterior detail and another interior clean. First I was introduced to them by Murry's (sister company and I appreciate their service a lot too!) as I asked my dealership to do detailing for me and mentioned that full detailing is done at Trucktown. Was very satisfied! And now I came back again (Early this year) for another touch up; another job perfectly done!I am so impressed with their work and how Chris arranged everything neatly for me starting from the appointment booking, shuttle and all. I highly recommend for you to try their cleaning and detailing services out! Thank you so much for taking care of my car as much as Murry's does!
