WARNINGDo not use this clinic, unless you want them to breach confidentiality. A secretary at this location breached confidentiality and denied it. I am now in contact with lawyers and obtaining evidence to be used against them.Good luck......

No way to give -5 rating star. Very unprofessional staff and doctor. Doesn't work according to appointment. We had to wait 60-75 minute on our schedule appointment. Staff don't have courtesy to prior call or update patient. Very Very disappointed with service. Public need more reliable and professional medical services.

They schedule appointments when the doctor is not in on that day. Why would you schedule on that day? They made minimal effort to contact us to let us know. One missed call, no text message left, no email sent. No call on day of to let us know. Terrible service.The one time I did see the doctor he seemed fine, albeit a bit rushed. The administration is the issue here.

Dr Mazidi treated me very well from Day 1. From the testing, (navigating Covid shutdowns), my polyp removal surgery, the IVF process start to finish, and then acting as my OB during my high risk pregnancy, watching my BP and keeping in mind my kidney disease right to the end where we ended up inducing - he helped us to make, grow and safely bring our perfect little boy into this world and we are forever grateful for everything.Yes, the office is a little busy but with essentially any specialized service in Ontario, there will be waits. But in my opinion, well worth it. Thank you to the team again.

Definitely a mixed bag. Most of the time no wait and clinic is empty but occasionally have waited >1 hr. Front staff are also human, they can be abrupt when busy but are also quite compassionate in some circumstances. Dr Mazidi is normally rushed but reassuring. I find it best to write down what I want to talk about so I don’t forget as he is normally halfway out the room the second the exam is done.

NEVER COME HERE. IF YOUR DOCTOR RECOMMENDS YOU HERE, ASK TO RESCHEDULE NOW. THIS PLACE IS RUDE TO ALL THERE PATIENTS.THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE ALL RUDE.AS A PERSON THAT HAD TO TRAVEL OVER 1HOUR BECAUSE MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I GO HERE. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND IN THE END NEVER GOT MY PROBLEM RESOLVED. YOUR BETTER WAITING IN A HOSPITAL IF SOMEONE SERIOUS IS HAPPENING TO YOU. BUT NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY AND JUST ANOTHER NUMBER.THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES

I waited for 4 months to get an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I had to be in the waiting room for a couple of hours to see the doctor. My appointment was at 3 pm. I arrived a bit earlier than 3, and the doctor saw me at about 5:30 pm.I wish the doctor had listened to me more attentively when I was talking to him. However, he seemed knowledgable.The two ladies at the reception area were calm and friendly although there were so many patients in the waiting room asking them about the waiting time constantly.The water dispenser did not work but there is a Tim Hortons in the plaza, just in case.

The women who made calls needs to be get fired immediately. Please hire someone who is human. You don't even deserve one star. Who gave you the right to talk others in this worst attitude. we are not getting free service right ? The Government is paying right? you should be happy if someone is going there. And ,they never pick up calls. Keep changing the appointment day without giving any options. I was referred by my family Doctor, I will definitely look for new Clinic.

The WORST service I have ever received. My family doctor referred me here but I wish I had read so many bad reviews about them here before booking an appointment. VERY MEAN receptionist and disrespectful doctor - to the extent that I couldn’t hang up the call without addressing it. Just imagine how in person service would be if phone call was already this bad… I’m thankful I’ll visit somewhere else and don’t have to waste my time here. Definitely not a place I would or anyone would want to spend their important time and health (and of course the money). 100% NOT recommend.
