The two women at the desk couldn’t be less interested in helping. Walked in, said hello, neither acknowledged me. Walked up to the desk, they continued chatting with a coworker while I stood there for a good 30 seconds before I interrupted and said I was there to pick up and order. Won’t return or recommend.

Had a previous very positive experience 9 years ago, but sent to Prosol today by my contractor and have left there incredibly disappointed in the lack of service. Was the only customer there and I was not greeted with a can I help you?" When I asked for help in follow up to being sent there

We contacted Prosol to purchase rubber baseboard for a commercial kitchen. We could have ordered online but chose to go local to support local businesses. I could not have had a worse experience. Unfriendly customer service, no notification when the product arrived to the store (I had to call to find out) and a promise that we could return unopened boxes. When we went to return unopened boxes, we were first told NO, there was a no refund policy. We challenged that policy and were then advised that a 30% restocking fee would be applied. There was no previous mention of a restocking fee for returns; no mention of a non-refundable purchase" policy at any time or on any paperwork. We chose to keep the product and resell it ourselves. I do not recommend this company."
