Grease from the garage door damaged my furniture and rat ate my clothes and shoes. No action taken and when I asked for my fabric couch to be cleaned at bare minimum. They instead blamed me for not getting insurance which was not offered when deposit was taken and after a month my calls went unanswered.

I recently purchased a used 48’ trailer. The whole transaction when very well. The staff was great to walk to with and very helpful. Don’t let the dirt road and site layout discourage you, you can get a good product and good service from them. I recommend.

I have been renting storage here for 5 years now,. I must say its much better than my last experience where I was pay way more for storage and not receiving the respect I receive here. I would recommend Renewable storage to my friends .
