I love it nice palace

Excellent appartement tout équipé et proche de tout : épicerie, dépanneur, métro, cinema, parcs, bus. Extremement propre. Pas une poussière. Et pas un bruit. J'aurais aimé tomber là-dessus a chaque fois que je loue !

Vaste appartement bien équipé hors de Montréal mais tellement proche en même temps! Un point de chute idéal

We do not recommend this place. In spite of the hefty surcharge we paid to bring our dog and our good housekeeping practices over our 60 day-stay, our safety deposit was retained without legitimate reasons.We weren't informed of any supposed 'damaged furniture' and of the need for extended cleaning when we came back the same night to complete our move out and took the time to discuss with the landlady (one would think she would have told us then, as she was cleaning the apartment). Moreover, she never responded to our request for more information when she notified us via email that she was keeping the deposit.Over the past decade, we have stayed in a number of high-end cottages and hotels and never had our deposit retained. This is unfortunate because the owner was pleasant, the apartment was comfortable and appropriately priced - given the considerable wear and tear of flooring, sofas and chairs and the area was exceptionally quiet.
