Dr. Tomi and Tanya were wonderful and addressed a lot of my questions patiently. The star docked was because the reception really could use some revitalization.

West Oliver is the Best Dr. Office! The Staff are absolutely Amazing! They are the most kind, caring, thoughtful and accommodating ladies! The Dr's here ARE the BEST! They are most compassionate, understanding and very thorough. The Doctors here take the time to listen!

Excellent staff, been my doctor's for 5 years. Dr. Tomi is awesome! I never have to wait long and everyone there is so nice.

My whole family have been patients of Dr. Salem Tomi for a long time now. He gives us excellent care and service. But the one that makes this clinic special is Michelle, manager of the reception. She goes out of her way to accommodate you when their is an emergency. Her compassion and professional manner combined makes her an ideal manager for this busy clinic. She is an asset to the doctors here.

There is a very attentive and responsive staff, a wonderful assistant, they always found an opportunity to help my family in the shortest possible time. I especially want to mention Dr. Tarik. He is a professional in his field, dealt with all the problems of my daughters and mine. Always very attentive to my complaints, to every problem. He is a very tolerant and correct person. All necessary tests and appointments with specialists were scheduled. Thank you so much for such a great approach.

Every visit is the same- awesome. Dr. Tariq makes a really good job and answers all the questions you have (it’s important for Ukrainians as I am). I like the way his assistant (Katherine) speak with people- so respectfully and always trying to help you in any way she can.

I have been going to this clinic for quite a long time now. I am a patient of Dr. Salem Tomi and never had a bad experience since then. Dr. Tomi is such a kind-hearted person, always listen to your concerns. The receptionist are very helpful whenever I need an appointment to see him.

This is the only clinic that I've been that every staffs are very helpful. Even on my first time here.The staffs are very polite,they will assist you no matter how busy their are. I will highly recommend this clinic.Very clean and neat.

Unfortunately, I've had nothing but difficulty with this office - especially front desk staff. Since mid-December of 2022, they've had a malfunctioning call answer system that does not allow for a patient to make an appointment. I finally had to go to the office in person to make the appointment. When I did, no explanation, apology or accountability was offered. In fact, quite the opposite. The staff at the front desk weren't at all concerned about the fact that a patient in need of medical care couldn't set up an appointment with their family doctor by phone. They laughed at the situation and continued to snack at their desk while answering calls (who knows from whom) and paying intermittent attention to my request to make an appointment. I would strongly suggest finding another clinic with a more professional and service-oriented staff.
