I had an absolutely great experience here. A bunch of my friends had gotten botox lip flips and I thought I'd give it a try paired with a gummy smile fix. 2 weeks later it's now settled and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. My confidence has gone way up and I'll definitely be back for touch ups. The staff was incredibly pleasant and professional and overall a great experience!

I had an appointment with Shayna Willis and I received excellent care. She listened to what I wanted and felt very secure in knowing she would do what I requested. As a more mature woman I wanted something very discreet and not look overdone. I was delighted and would highly recommend a visit with Shayna. I will definitely be returning.

I visited Skin Vitality to have my lip filler dissolved as recommended by Injector Elizabeth. Elizabeth was amazing, she gave me great advice, so professional & made me feel so comfortable during the procedure! Highly recommend this clinic & nurse :)

Booked an appointment for Morpheus8 through their website text service. Walked into the clinic and they told me I was only booked for a consultation. It’s 2023… why are we doing in person consultations? It could’ve easily been done over zoom or on the phone. Was told I would have to come another day to do the actual treatment. I asked for the price and the lady thought she was convincing me that I was getting a good deal $800 until I showed her the text from when I booked the appointment and that they offered me $750. I walked out.

I went for the first time to skin vitality on Eglinton! I was happily greeted by tons of warm smiles and caring individuals. Christina assisted me with completing various consent and medical forms and ensured me that all procedures would be done carefully and at my comfort level. On top of this, my nurse, Caitlin did an absolutely amazing job at making me feel comfortable and allowed me to take a break when needed. I highly recommend this location as the customer service and employee attitudes are made the experience remarkable. I will most definitely be returning to this location! Thank you so much guys!

Friendly staff, my nurse Tanya was very patient with all of the questions I had. She was also very informative and pleasant. I trusted her workmanship. The staff is overall friendly, inviting, and professional. The atmosphere in the clinic was clean and well designed. The clinic had a comfortable seating area. I highly recommend this clinic, and I will definitely go again.
