Patel is amazing…he knew exactly what to do and how to get my toddlers picture for her passport. Even after I almost gave up on trying to get her to take a picture…he persisted and was able to get an excellent photo!!

I visited this store today. I asked for 2 digital photos, 1 for visa application and 1 for my exam application. As they are both in different size I requested them to send me the bigger size of picture however they send me smaller size, then I had to pay for bigger size picture the old man is not genuine person I am very disappointed with them I am not recommending thisStore.They are looting people!!!

Went there yesterday for my citizenship pictures.. two guys working there were really amazing. Guy with a glasses took my picture in their studio room took my pictures three times as there were some issues with my ear not visible in the picture.. he was perfectionist in his work.. whereas there was another guy on cashier register was really knowledgeable about some of the processes of citizenship which I found really helpful while finishing my application...thank you both for amazing picture and help...

Don’t go to this store if you are looking for professional photo for your pr or citizenship (digital copy). Lighting is too dark or too light. They don’t have knowledge at all. Online, they don’t accept the photograph if you want to get it done from here.

Expensive, unprofessional, unskilled, rude customer service I went to take my print outs I didn’t understand which scheme they were having for the print outs!!!!!! I was talking to the lady over there that I need 2 pages the 3rd one is blank and the way she replied me in a very rude tone as if I was asking her to give me prints in free of cost !!! She was behaving like she is doing a favor on me?Please learn how to talk with customers and learn some customer service skills.

We went to several passport photo services for a newborn and our photos kept getting rejected by service Canada. Albion Digital Photo came recommended by Henry's photo in Vaugan and they were on point. The newborn picture took 5 mins and the picture was perfect! Great service. They know what they are doing. To all the newborn mamas trying to get passport pics...go here!
