Canada Post

As @Carrie Spiteri alluded to in a review. Sarah was probably the most unhelpful, angry and condescending front facing person I've met in a long time. Not someone who should be dealing with people.

Not only package doesn't come to me, I have to go and pick it up (got a slip). So the whole purpose of shipping service can be questioned. After coming to this location, I got informed that my package is missing" and under "investigation". Their employee was rude. I ask her what to do now and reply was "talk to Canada Post" well I thought I just am talking to one but "she's just a clerk". You are so USELESS!!!"

I was turned away to ship out an item because they had no room left in the stock room apparently??? Lame

Well I got great treatment every time and I guess it’s good place with long hours compare to Jackson square canada post.

The lady at the counter is always on the phone with her friends and never paying attention to customers and also extremely rude. Pleast take some action against the staff of yours who doesnot care about the customer service.

The Shoppers staff there don't post the updated hours for the post office and when you ask they just say the hours will be affected and they can't tell you in advance because they differ for all stores. So I showed up to send a package and they had it all open but there wasn't a person and the store attendant said it's New Years Eve can't you see on Google that it says the hours would be affected. I said I called and looked at the flyer to find out the hours and nothing gave a definite time. And she just said no one will because they are different stores and I should have just come earlier.I showed up an hour and half before the post office normally closes.

SARAH, SARAH, SARAH you are wonderful, you where so helpful and patience with me even though I had the wrong information. Thank you for all the help.

This was my 3rd and final time using this post office. My husband told me to let it go but I feel Canada Post has a right to know what type of employee they have representing them. There’s a blonde woman named Sarah who is the rudest person I have ever met. She is always on her phone and is constantly rolling her eyes. The one time I was going through my wallet as I had enough change to give her and she told me to hurry up as she was in the middle of a show. As I was leaving, I told her to enjoy her show….which she replied with “whatever”. This is very unprofessional and I would think that if someone isn’t happy with their job, maybe they should go find one that they enjoy.
