Phillip was great! From start to finish he was very helpful and his knowledge on the whole process was exceptional. We bought the Bolt EUV(our first EV) and with his help the process went very smooth. Victor was also great! His knowledge and straightforward approach was much appreciated. The final documents and add ons were handled with ease thanks to both Phillip and victor. I will be highly recommending them to family and friends.

I have been customer of Markville Chevy since 2005, have brought and leased 5 vehicles from them. Last week, we brought 5th, a new GMC Terrain. Our sales is Donn, he is knowledgeable, anticipating our needs, and very creative. Due to the shortage we couldn’t buy Equinox, he found almost same price Terrain for us.I recommend this dealership, my satisfaction is based on:1. Reasonable dealership cost while comparing with other local dealerships.2. Variety of vehicle to choose, from sedan to SUV to truck, from basic to luxury, they have all.3. Well communication with well trained sales and staff. The warmth, caring and sincerity are always there, very comfortable. There were couple times we made friends and chatted with other customers while looking through vehicles.

To the owner of Markville Chevy GMC, I would just like you to know how great your employees truly are.From my sales rep Phil Hudson who was so understanding to my family needs and concerns, plus very knowledgeable so I purchased 2 new Cadillacs from him this year.Then Antonio the GM who was so accommodating and listened to my problem and not to mention as well, Jose Yang in service that came through today when a I need help the most, all 3 people came together and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off, because of them today, I was able continue on with my day a smoothly as possible.Great work team and I will differently refer you!!! Brought my vehicle in for repair when I could not shift in or out of gear. I temporarily made the vehicle drivable by tie wrapping the transmission linkage in place. The dealership recommends I replace the entire link and cable system. I’m without a vehicle for 2 days, $800 repair.When I pick up the vehicle I get 2 minutes down hwy 7, and the transmission link comes loose again. I go under my vehicle on the side of the road to tie wrap it back in place (burn my arm on the exhaust) and take it back to the dealership. A service tech pops under the vehicle for 1 minute with a small metal clip ( I think the original and only problem) And says I’m good to go.The next day they wake me up early on a Saturday morning with an automated text message to leave a review! So here it is.

Today around 10:00 am I had bad experience since ever in service department of GMC/Chevrolet Markham with the agent as well as the manager of that department.I went there for quotations in order to fix my Chevrolet Cruze 2011 model and already shown them my diagnosis first but they give me price of 1055.00 CAD to fix only for thermostats heater And brake censor which I did fix outside for 350.00 CAD. For just diagnosed and quotation they want to pay aleast 283.00 CAD beside fixing and I refused to pay a penny. Finally at the end the manager rude behaviour told me to not come/visit here anymore.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lee Stapleton and Phillip Hudson. Lee walked me thru everything, and when it was time to sign and pick up my new car, handed me over to Phillip who greeted me like family.They will have our business forever!

Good Afternoon, I wanted to share my experience with Joe Yang at Markville Chevrolet. I brought my Cadillac in to have the transmission analyzed and JOE YANG was very accommodating. He set up an appointment and said that all the car needed was a transmission fluid change, which he did at no charge. I normally go to Roy Foss for service and they said that they couldn't look at my problem for 2 months. Needless to say I will be back at MARKVILLE for any other work that is needed. Thank you JOE YANG !
