Like some reviews already, Cynthia's use to have great Canadian Chinese food but the quality has steadily declined where it's time to find an alternate.I typically order food enough for 6 people one a month. The last 4 orders I had had consistent issues with the food being absolutely cold despite being at the restaurant early for pick up. The other aggravating issue is the lack of adding any plum or soy sauce to the order. Even after requesting it several times, they usually add 1 soy sauce packet for 3 orders of rice!Food quality at one time was consistent but now it's consistently cold (probably made days earlier) and lack of sauces for large meals is aggravating especially after paying premium prices for the food.I will be trying other Chinese restaurants in the area. It's a shame, because this use to be the best Chinese place in Oakville that I could count on.

Ordered delivery from this place through Uber Eats.Terrible portions and pricey. Flavor of the food is good but I feel robbed considering what little was provided in the dishes. For the same price we should be getting double for what we paid. Price is way too expensive for what little is given.

This is my experience.Called to make reservations, the person who picked up seemed flustered. It was not a smooth processed but reservations were made.Came on time, was seated and we ordered. It was not busy that time so we were served promptly. The host was honest and did not attempt to sell me more food, which is a plus.Food was good for its price, it's on the budget side of dining.I paid them with a tip. Even though I wasn't planning to take the change, they didn't offer the change back to me.Place was clean, service felt unpolished.

We decided to order based on the reviews. Big mistake. General Tao's chicken with little flavour. Sizzling garlic beef with no garlic flavour. Wonton soup with no flavour. Luckily, we don't tend to make the same mistake twice. Never again.

The general tso chicken and orange beef had no meat to them, tasted like dry deep fried bread. Very over priced and portions are tiny compared to many other chinese restaurants. Would not recommend to anyone.

Best Chinese food in the area, particularly their beef dishes. Service isn't the best if you don't speaj Mandarin, but that's how you know the foods 100.Would recommend. They also do mobile takeout.

Today I ordered General Tso's Chicken , Chicken chop suey ,Mixed Vegetables In Black Bean Sauce on Uber. This is the most unpalatable dish I have ever eaten. I spent more than $130. and got these foods that made me frustrated.The food was so bad.

I had 200+ order on Uber Eat since 2020, and I have to admit this is the worst restaurant and food I ever tasted. I ordered Shanghai thick noodle, Chicken in black sauce and taro milk. They are all buy 1 get 1 free. What I received from the noodle is only 1 piece of chicken 2 pieces of shrimp in the noodle, the rest is vegetable. For the chicken, it is extremely bad cuz there is hardly chicken, only vegetable and only small amount. For the taro milk, it does not have any taste, it is just like water with purple color, and tapioca. My food cost more than 35$, but the actual cost I think it would be 15$ at best. This feel like I get robbed or scammed because the preview picture is somewhere on the internet.

ordered 4 dishes, 3 of them are terriable less amount, they look like only half amount of the reqular one in other asia restaurant or cafeteria in supermaket for $8.99-9.99 each dish, but it is amlost double price here ! the taste is not even good than any cafeteria in asia supermaket, some without salt, fish is not fresh with strong fish smell. it is my first time to order here and also the last time.
