Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable for sizing and fit information. They remained very patient, which was commendable as my 2 young kids don't sit very still when shipping for shoes. Over all, they have good pricing and sometimes have excellent sales. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back. Highly recommended to go take a look!

Thanks to Brad for excellent service. Broken skate blade on very old skates, tried to source new set out of stock due to age of skates, then found a single replacement in the shop, allows me to finish the season. Will be back to buy a new pair in the Fall. Great product knowledge and service

Excellent customer service experience. Went there for ski boots. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me to find a good boot for my wide foot size. Highly recommend this store.

The last two times I have been to this location it feels like pulling teeth to get assistance. I did learn a lot about the new apartment one lad was moving into with his buddy…Decent shoe selection for kids and variety of sizing.

My son and I were purchasing Lacrosse equipment for the first time and didnt really know what we needed or what was best to purchase regarding quality. The staff were incredibly helpful. One staff member acknowledged that the manager had more experience with that particular sport, and a moment later we had help from both of them. Extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and didnt attempt to upsell. So friendly with my young son, speaking to him directly and sharing information about the sport. Had such a great customer service experience! We had travelled from Pictou County, and will definately make the trip again just to interact with these awesome folks. Thank you!!!!

Dropped in to look at skis/snowboards for the family and went home with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, very knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us. A great experience!

No wide New Balance shoes on the toonie sale for the first time in my memory and a very poor attitude from the young guy in the shoe section. I wish I had of caught his name but he was too busy ignoring people. I won't be back after years of shopping here.

Was just inside with my two sons and my fiance and the staff continously followed me around told me I wouldn't like the sneakers I was looking at without even asking me what I was looking at them for. I felt stereotyped and uncomfortable to the point of having to wait outside until my family was done shopping. Just overall very hurt...
