The owner of this curved designs has terrible communication skills. It took about 3 weeks to even get him to invoice me for some metal sauna bands.I read other bad reviews on him so I made sure to pay with credit card. I was very patient with him as he said he was dealing with health issues. Eventually he got healthy but the service didn’t get better. When I told him I wanted a refund after 5 weeks of waiting he was unresponsive. Now I have to deal with Mastercard to reverse the payments.Don’t deal with this company. Go somewhere else.

Purchased a resin dining table and we get so many amazing comments on it. We then had a deck designed and completed along with a round sauna. It took longer than anticipated but that was to be expected with covid supply issues. We are very happy with our backyard oasis and just purchased a sauna bucket from him. Very happy to support local businesses.

We recently bought a $14,000 custom sauna from Brandon Mendham (Curved Designs) and it leaks, there are gaps in the wood where you can see outside, and he installed a heater that is not only too small and significantly underpowered but that does not work properly. We had multiple meetings to fix these deficiencies and we got nowhere with Mr. Mendham. We then asked for our money back under his 30 day money back policy, and he refused. So basically we own a leaking sauna that doesn’t heat up properly. And sadly our sauna story is not unique to us. Go elsewhere!!

We hired Brandon to build a sauna for one of our clients who wanted a full backyard remodel, the end result was astonishing our client was so happy. We had the pleasure to work with a skilled carpenter on this build, Brandon walked us through the design and my client really liked that. The sauna itself was good price and my client really wanted to keep the view visible, the options available from other companies just didn’t fit the bill. The sauna was built better than expected with thicker lumber it ties in our design nicely like an oasis!

We had a sauna built by Brandon for our Airbnb and it is amazing we have doubled our yearly profits already and the year isnt even over! Such a good investment and added bonus we get to use it when no one is staying there

Had a sauna made, took longer then expected but very happy with the final quality. My sauna is on there Instagram, 8’ barrel heats up in 30min we use it almost everyday. It changed the look of our backyard!

Brandon installed a large porch on the front of our house. Excellent workmanship and he really worked with us to get what we dreamed of. Would highy recomend not only for the excellent quality of the work but also because Brandon actively listens to what you want and explains what may or may not work best. So so happy with our new front porch!!!

I had a long list of deficiencies with my sauna including a heater that did not work. Paid top dollar for junk. The other reviews of the company are posted by the owner. Look elsewhere if you want a working sauna.
