Liked the product selection, price and responsiveness of the sales rep. Minus 1-star for not being up front about the installation requirement of unhooking everything(water, power,etc). What if I couldn’t due to accessibility? Maybe I don’t have the tools? Then the rep said “This is how everyone does it” which is a lie because one of their biggest competitors WILL unhook (granted they charge $30 more for the install). I would probably use CAS again but if a competitor price matched AND did a ‘white glove’ install for just a little more coin I would have to go the other way.

I ordered a new washer over the phone. It was delivered to me the next day by 9:00 am. From the associate who took my order to the delivery men, it was the best appliance shopping experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely buy again!

I was very pleased. My washer had broke the day before so I know I needed a new one. I called Canadian appliance source in Halifax the first thing in the morning. A guy by the name of Brian Trider really helped me out and got me the perfect washer for what I need it. He assured me it would be delivered the very next day, and at 9:30 the next morning it was The guys that delivered it we’re very thorough very polite, and within 20 minutes I was back to doing my regular laundry. I would recommend this store and these delivery people to anyone so pleased I can’t thank them enough.

The service from our salesperson Christina Liu was awesome. Patient ,knowledgeable and very efficient. 5 stars. ,My only complaint has nothing to do with her.The website is extremely annoying because chat pop ups are non stop They often block the info you’re looking for. we should have the option to say we don’t want to talk to someone until we’re ready 2 stars.

Delivery was fast, efficient and seamless. Missing parts for the steam system from the factory but will available March 1st the salesman tells me but he also told me changing the door direction was only 2 screws but it was a dozen. We’ll see if the parts actually show up before I give it a 5 star.5 star, all the way.

Uves is absolutely fantastic. We desperately needed a new washer and dryer as ours had bit the dust quite abruptly on us. Uves showed us the appliances that would fit our area, listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and worked to get us the best deal possible and showed us how he was doing it. He made it all easy and as painless as possible and arranged our next-day delivery. The tracking my delivery feature was excellent and allowed us to still run errands during the day instead of waiting around, and the men who delivered and installed the appliances were prompt, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this place and its services to everyone.

Great experience! First time ever using CAS/LTI. I ordered on Saturday, got it delivered and installed on Monday. The price was better than anyone else, the person taking my order was friendly and helpful, the installation was on time, quick, professional, polite, etc. I don't work for them, but I do strongly recommend them!

Excellent fast service. Ordered on the phone Saturday(best pricing is to talk to someone or go in)item was delivered on Tuesday just as the salesman stated. Delivery was quick and pleasant, the delivery people were very polite and excellent. Highly recommend!
