Great team that always goes out of it's way to make sure you have product you need and if they can't get it , they make sure you leave with at least an idea where to find it. Fun, knowledgeable staff. Their lumber yard is one of the bear on the south shore.

Pickup clerk does get order right. Gives wrong quantity. Somehow 5x in her mind = 1 item.. even after telling her twice it's supposed to be 5. It took manager overhearing me say where are the other 4?" to come check it out and confirm that it says FIVE on the order slip. Then the pickup receipt system isn't working. VERY unprofessional location."

I bought a bag of salt/sand mix. When retrieving it from my car l noticed it was excessively heavy. It's completely wet, salt melted away.
