I have always received great customer service and support. The staff go out of their way to ensure that as a customer I am well informed of certain products before I make a decision. All of the products that I have purchased to date have been the highest quality I have ever purchased over the past 20 years of owning fur babies.My standard poodle has been apart of this family for a couple of years and he is a very happy puppy. He knows were he is going when I pull up to the door and he just wants to go play with his friends. I value Jollytails (Intercolonial Street) as part of my fur baby's daily structure that supports us to keep him a happy puppy. They do this with expertise!!Thanks to ALL the staff who show dedication and love to my fur baby. I value the staff and the service you offer. Thank you !!!!

Simply tried to find out when, and if, they might have an appointment to get my dog groomed. I was rudely told they had nothing available that day. I said, no, that was not what I asked. I, again, explained what I was looking for, simply to book a grooming. Then I was asked if my dog was a client, to which I said no". Then I was rudely informed that they don't take on new clients. Usually buy food for my cats and dogs there

The place is great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The groomer is so good with my little shy dog. Small dog social is a lot of fun and is a safe way for your little dog to play with other small dog.

We took our puppy here for puppy social, puppy class 1 & 2, and doggy daycare. There is nothing else in this world our dog loves more than going there. The staff is well mannered and very helpful with their product knowledge. The trainers are great and persistent with finding ways that work for your dog.

I've been taking my dog to daycare at the Lady Hammond location for just over a year now. The staff are friendly and clearly enjoy working with dogs. I've had nothing but positive experiences and would gladly recommend Jollytails to any of my friends and family. It's great to have a reliable place to take my dog to get regular positive play time with other pups!

Awesome place, awesome staff. My dog CRIES with excitement when he realizes we are arriving at Jollytails for a day of daycare. The staff are real animal lovers and Tristan is an outstanding positive reinforcement trainer. I can't wait to receive my daily report card to see how my little guy is doing every day I send him here.My dog did puppy class here and he is confident around dogs of all sizes and a joy to be around. Puppy classes here were the best investment I made in his development.The retail is also excellent! Tristan researches his products carefully so you can buy with confidence that your pet is not going to be poisoned by the latest pet food recall. Good quality all around. I love Jollytails!

I love this store and will be going here more for my dogs nail trims I usually go to a different one but this one I find is better the groomer who did my dogs nails (can't remember her name) asked how he was and if he needed a mussel or not, witch I said the other one I seen once they did, but she tryed with out and said he did great! Definitely will be going back to this location!

The staff at the Intercolonial location are fabulous. My dog absolutely loves going there. He’s a senior dog, so I usually only take him on Saturdays when it’s less busy. They’re good to give him breaks if he’s playing a little too hard so that he’s not sore/stiff. Highly recommend this location.

The most trustworthy place I have ever left my dogs to be cared for, bought food from and accessories. I have used all 4 locations and can say with confidence that I am equally pleased with all locations attention to my dogs (and my own) anxieties about not being under my care. The staff are all kind and know my dogs by name and even know about the one dogs allergies without reminder! Saw the earlier post about not allowing potties which is absolutely false as I have a pit who attends daycare weekly with open arms from the staff. Can't recommend this place enough!

Jollytails has become my #1 groomer for my dog, Bailey. They do a great job and Bailey just loves going there for a haircut.
