Nice home, its clean, and friendly staff, they have a pretty straight forward way to get your rapid test when visiting family.

Mother was living here for 1 year. I cannot believe the compassion and love she was shown by the professional staff at this nursing home! The level of care they presented to mom, until her last breath, was exceptional, to say the least. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to any friends or family. The care and staff are second to none.

Excellent retirement home, meals and medical care provided, beautiful grounds and many social activities and events.

I visited the new wing. It's beautifully designed and decorated. Entering it, you really feel like your walking in a small village. Staff are very professional and friendly. Corridors are wide and rooms a spacious and bright. I wish I could live there when it's my turn.

Food was decent and accommodations were OK. But staff attitude was poor, at best, in the Egerton wing. My loved ones room routinely reeked of urine because the client was left lying in a soaking wet undergarment for hours. Bed linens were almost always urine soaked when we visited. Generally the room was not well maintained or cleaned very well. Staffing shortage is part of the problem but attitude was a bigger part. None of the staff seemed happy to be there. Stems from the top. Another patient's meds were given to my family member and there was NEVER any follow up with my family as to why it happened and how it would be prevented in the future, despite repeated requests. The health of my parent declined rapidly thereafter. We were fortunate to be able to move them to a much more caring LTC facility before passing.

Truly well run. I'm a nursing supervisor in another nursing home. I have zero complaints with Winston. I feel my mother is in a very well run and safe retirement setting. A godsend for my family. P.s. this facility believes in diversity, something my husband and I are extremely impressed by. They walk the walk of equality and pride.

I work here as a PSW. This place is really very great. All the nurses and PSW staff take care of everyone as they take care of their family. The staff is helpful. I like working here, connecting with the oldies, talking to them and helping them. I recommend this place for both working and staying.
