Scott at Allwest provided great customer service and really quick turnaround on a large order. It was so refreshing to get such great customer service after dealing with several issues when trying to order furniture through Staples and Ikea. The quality of the pieces far exceeds the other options we were looking at and the level of service is yet to be matched in our moving experience. They will be our number one contact for any furniture moving ahead.

Fantastic customer service provided by Scott Moore of the Grande Prairie office. After being disappointed twice by other vendors unable to ship office furniture for a dozen staff to Yellowknife, Scott had my problems solved within 24 hours. He was courteous, efficient, professional and very quickly understood our needs, and anticipated the ones we had not yet realized we had. I will be recommending Scott and Allwest to colleagues and organizations I work with, and look forward to relying on Allwest in the future.
