Lexington at the Grandview location was superb. She definitely knew everything and more about mattresses and making sure you get the most comfortable sleep. We ended up getting a mattress, pillows, duvet and sheets as it was easy making an informed buy with the right support and advice. Thanks Lexington!

Went in to buy a new mattress. Wendy, the woman who was working, was amazing from the start. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable. We were given plenty of options and felt no pressure to increase our budget. Luckily it was Black Friday so we left with a great mattress we wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford. Wendy cracked jokes with us during checkout and we left happy! She even called back the same night bumping up our delivery date by a day! Highly recommend this location for its great service and awesome deals!

After hearing some not so good stuff about Sleep Country, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Amber is the main salesperson, and she was friendly, knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind. We got a super comfortable mattress and frame at a discounted price. I appreciate someone like Amber, who is interested in building a trusted relationship. I know for future bed related purchases, I will be seeking out Amber!

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY WAY!!!!!!! Would give 0 if possible.We bought 2 Reverie adjustable bed bases. They were floor models - one was over 4 years old! That's not a floor model, it's just plain a used bed and not within reason. If we had been told that, we would not have wasted money on it. There were a significant number of damaged and missing parts. One base was broken in the corner. The remotes did not work properly and the bed would not go to same setting each time even though programmed into the remote when designed. The 'flat' settine set head of bed tilted extra 3 inches to floor.I contacted customer service with a detailed list of everything. Their response was that was what we should expect for a floor model - damaged, missing parts and not working. Nothing was missing according to the warehouse employee. So much for honesty. The final solution was customer service emailing me a copy of the missing manuals.DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!

We found the salesperson quite professional and helpful. The choice of a mattress is never straightforward and we appreciated his pointers. After we concluded our purchase, the 3rd party delivery couple were efficient and speedy in delivery on the expected date. So far our choice is proving very satisfactory with better sleep experience

If you are a woman on their own, do NOT go here.I walked in & the 2 guys sitting at the desk looked up at me and continued what they were doing. I figured they were busy (even though I was the only customer), so I walked to the back of the store and asked for help. One of them showed me a few mattresses, and I asked him to write down the information on the one I preferred. He said it would all print out on the invoice.I said I'm shopping around, so I would appreciate it if he'd write down the name, price, warranty, etc. I also asked about a mattress protector. That's when he told me if I ever had a warranty claim and there was staining because I didn't have a mattress protector, then the warranty was voided. If it’s required, why did I have to ask about it?Then he told me about a discount coupon and that they price match. He also showed me a few more mattresses he thought might work for me.When I go to make a larger purchase item, I shouldn't have to drag useful and necessary information out of the salesman. I promptly went to a different store where I was treated with respect and bought my mattress there.

It has been a 1.5 months and Sleep Country has still not replaced our mattress… Sleep Country Canada’s customer service team has been atrocious to deal with. Too bad I can’t give negative stars in the review. Avoid this company like a Covid hot spot. “Sleep Country Canada, please by a mattress ANYWHERE else!”

A little bit pricey (in my opinion) but great service. The officer patiently answers all of our questions about the mattress, pillow, and duvet price. They also provide the delivery and help set up the mattress. I'm happy with my purchase so far with Sleep Country.

Excellent service! The woman working had a huge smile the whole time we were there. She told us all the different options, what she personally recommended and the pros/ cons of everything we were considering. We felt no pressure to buy but left feeling well informed. Later on we came back to buy a mattress that she recommended!
