I have had issues with this comoany with their service provided for Hydro solution. Operators not respomsive, they can not maintain appointments and the 24/7 emergency services are more like wait 3-4 days for service! Not to mention when you select ENGLISH they answer in FRENCH and then say hold again to get an english speaker!! Why even have the option to select the language!!!!

Three years ago, Confort replaced my old AC with a heat pump. Then, last month, they replaced my oil furnace with an electric one and duct cleaning was done as well. Both times, work was done promptly, the technicians friendly and place was clean when they left. From sales people, to office people for appointments, teams to remove, install, clean, etc... I was fully satisfied. Great job and great team guys !!!

Severely overpriced for what was advertised as a deep cleaning for $239". First

Heat pump was not operational. Placed service call in the morning and the technician arrived within hours of placing the service call. He expertly repaired the problem which was a Freon leak from a pierced copper tube. Next was a faulty control box which he replaced, then tested and everything now works fine. Service was quick and technician was friendly and answered all my questions.

I bought my water heater with Hydro-Solution and this company confort expert was mandated to install. They booked me an appointment, never confirmed never called, never showed up. I called the day they were supposed to come, waited 45 mins to speak with someone, finally to find out they didn't have the tank I bought. They rebooked me for a week later, same thing. Service is the worse ever. Never again

Very unprofessional.Had an appointment to install a water heater. I called the day of the appointment to ask what time the technician would come, and I was told that they had to cancel my appointment because they had no water heaters in stock. I later got a call telling me that they had to move my appointment because the technician had not showed up to work that day. Clearly trying to hide their lack of planning with excuses.Would not recommend this company.

The boiler was installed properly, but there is a manipulation I needed to do to prevent one piece of the system from breaking that they hadn't told me about (a bell shaped contraption has to be opened briefly once a year).I'm not saying they didn't tell me on purpose, but due to that I had to call them back a year after the installation, at which point they sold me their tranquillité" plan that got me locked in for 3 years.and now I feel cheated

Confort Expert installed my hot water tank today because they are a subcontractor for Hydro Solutions. The plumber Joseph" was extremely rude + condescending

Very professional, they offer perfect service, the air conditioning installation team was so careful and friendly and explained everything to us. Love Confort Expert services- last year I changed my heating to electric, same consistency and clean perfect service. Strongly recommend!!

WORST SERVICE ive ever received from a company, stay away from this company!!!! They messed up my appointment 4 times, they’re extremely unprofessional and lazy. They don’t even respect their own scheduled appointments. First time, I called them and they said they don’t see the appointment in their system. Second time, they give me an appointment between 10 and 3 and they never show up, not even a phone call to let me know, I had to stay home all day and wait for them. Third time, they give me again between 10 and 3, I call around 1pm, they say they’re late but they will come in 2 hours. I wait until 4pm, call back again and they say they will not come. They apologize and tell me ill be the first appointment the day after at 8:30 am sharp, so I agree. Next day at 8:30 I show up at the house and theyre NOT THERE!!!!!! Do not deal with this company because they will waste your time, and I see that a lot of people say the same thing about them. Also, every time you call, you wait 20 minutes on hold even though you’re the only person calling, just because they’re lazy to pick up the phone.
