Well it's Valentines Day and my boyfriend wanted to surprise me and have flowers deliver to our house at 10 am. It's now 11am and they won't even answer their phone and he just told me because I have to leave our. House. Nice surprise lol.

BEWARE! You will be disappointed. The flowers received were very different than what I selected from the options provided on the website. Three of the key flowers were not included in the arrangement. Even though exotic flowers were offered on their site, this shop cannot produce anything unique of exotic. I was severely overcharged for what ultimately was delivered. I do not recommend this flower shop.

Very pleasant and phenomenal customer service! The owner offered to send me a picture of the flowers and receipt. I love this because I am from out of town, and some of the places I have used, don't send what I thought they would. I will definitely use them again. I must admit the negative reviews threw me off, but thought I'd try and am VERY HAPPY I did!

If I could rate this business with a negative star-count I would do it!!Beware of this place - they advertise satisfaction guaranteed which is a complete lie. The florist will just tell you that you don't have a right to complain & that a bunch of leaves and 6 LOW QUALITY flowers is worth $80. I ordered an arrangement online and they delivered what appeared to be leftovers from a funeral arrangement. It was no where near my selection. Furthermore, she told me that I selected the delivered arrangement as my second choice" - there is no option to make a second choice. Way to go. They lie

Excellent and prompt service, as we called the day before looking for a corsage for a semi-formal. We were thrilled with the beautiful corsage and will definitely shop here for any floral needs!
