One of my new favourite bars. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the owner, Richard, is very involved, which I love. The food is fantastic - particularly the Fish n Chips - the Chef has mastered the art of frying a perfectly cooked fish with a crisp and thin batter.Despite seeming like a 'locals only bar,' it is the furthest thing from it. Yes, there are many locals I've met since the last few times I've been, but I've never felt so welcome at a bar in an area I had only been visiting for a meanwhile.I am glad you guys survived through COVID - I look forward to seeing you all again for the next trivia night!!!

No beers on tap. As matter of fact no taps at all. Only cans or bottles. I give 3 ⭐️ only coz the sever was super attentive and nice. Food was mediocre.

Great ambience, service and music. Loved the dynamite hot wings, fast service and classic rock music played by a fantastic professional musician.
