Signature Medical Centre, Walk In Clinic (Signature Park, Signal Hill)

Dr. Zaidi is a very poor physician - no patience, poor communication skills and treats you like an animal - will not return and regret spending the time to have him assess a knee injury. Front desk staff also incompetent. Universal healthcare at its finest.

I give this place a one star as zero isn't an option. Doctor wouldn't even see me unless I was willing to go next door at the pharmacy and pay $40 for a covid test even though I just had covid 3 weeks ago and was coming for lab results with sores from covid 3 weeks before. My opinion the doctor seems to be reaping some benefit from the over priced $40 covid test. I walked out in pain. Don't go here!!!

Dr. Christina KANAGARATMAN has now been our family Dr for the past 3years plus. We chose her cause she takes the time to listen and is naturally very caring in taking the time to understand each situation. We are truly grateful we doing a great doctor whom we can trust.

Been here a few times recently and was always able to get in right away. Front staff are friendly. Seen Dr. Zaidi and he's quick and thorough.

Dr. Zaidi practices the complete opposite of patient-centered care. The longest amount of time he's given me during an appointment is 3 min. He is consistently impatient, condescending, and never checks for understanding. He rarely explains anything and yet I've been mocked for asking questions.

Dr Christina Kanagaratnam is a very good family doctor. Very caring, great at explaining, patient, and attentive. 5/5

I would not recommend Dr.Zaidi to anyone. He lacks communication and he prescribed me wrong inhalers almost double the dose from my previous ones. I could have died. It literally made me sick and I was hospitalized.

I don’t recommend this guy. You’ll never see me go here to see this clown again…. Clueless on Canadian culture and awareness.. they come to Canada and treat Canadians like garbage… terrible doctor and experience. Go back to school and re learn the culture here and treat your patients properly. Such an angry doctor. I hope you lose patients over my review. You deserve a ZERO star…

Dr Zaidi is absolute horrible doctorHe misdiagnosed my type 1 diabetes at the height of Covid when blood test where 3 months apart and failed to mention fasting procedure needed when taking the test properly causing me to have such dangerously high blood sugar over 5 months I was faced with my own mortality and needed emergency procedure. I once entered the clinic after 2.5 months of constipation and asked for assistance to where he replied “ try to save up ur farts”Followed by a second appointment where he directed me to take a very strong laxative once a day causing severe gastric issues for over 3 months. One year later when requesting to fill out tax forms on my medicines he then refused to sign stating that I had never been on insulin once and that the only recorded medicine was his prescription he gave me when he initially misdiagnosed me, even though we had been talking about dosing insulin and carbohydrate ratio for just over a yearHe then proceeded remove me from his doctors practice after initially confronting himDr zaidi is a danger to his patients but the other doctors and rest of pharmacy and clinic do their job very well.
