I don't review business I use at work often but the more I have to deal with other suppliers the more I am grateful for Karry, Dropsy, and the team at Proax. Best customer service. They may not by instantaneous but they have never left me hanging on requests unlike most of their competitors. Always willing to go to bat with manufacturers and leverage their connections. Website works passably well and I love the stock insights. My purchase orders for them total $130,665 this year. As a mechatronics designer they are my #1 supplier followed by Manufacture Scorpion in Quebec and Precise Bearing in Abbotsford. The one thing I wish they could improve is the timing between order confirmation and order pick/ship.
