I recently hired Borenstein Plumbing company to fix a blockage in my kitchen sink and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and explained the necessary repairs to me in a way that was easy to understand. The work was completed efficiently and the final result was excellent.Overall, I highly recommend Borenstein Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Murray (owner) and his new guy (who came to the house), took my 85yr old dad for over $1600. To this day, we have no idea what the cost breakdown was for the work (or lack of) done to install piping for a new gas furnace. The young guy kept going back and forth (on the phone) to his truck to try and figure out with his boss, how to connect a propane line to the new furnace. What should have taken 2 hours max, took almost a day. And I specifically asked how long the job will be.After calling and explaining that we just paid a bill for over $1600 but had no idea for what exactly, Murray (owner) was very dismissive and mentioned he'd have to check once he gets back to the office. Never heard from him again. Stay away from this company!

Fair prices and very fast response. After my hot water heater was replaced, I got some issues with some air turning off the pilot and the owner itselft shows up 2 times at home to fix it and give me a solution.This is when you really know a GOOD company, when you run into issues and they try to give the best solutionThey really care about their customersI will definitely call them again. Keep the hard work

The first big thing I like is when I call him on the phone; about 95% of the time I get him and not a message center. When the plumbing in your home has issues it is a very frustrating thing and you want someone fast! I like when I call him, I don't get a computer message system and have to start listening to menus, and pressing keys on the phone to be able to try to talk to someone and most of the time there is a message centre.When I call I can talk to Borenstein himself, and right away he takes my info. When he's busy he gives me his SMS number and I can leave him the details. If It is something to be changed, to make things more efficient he asks me to take a photo and send it to him using SMS. This way his guy will know in advance what will be required. I like working in an efficient way. When the guy is on his way I get a courtesy call from him telling me when he will be arriving to the place. This is perfect so I can be ready on time for him.--My parents knew Borenstein from years ago. At my mother's place which is very old his guys did some pipe leak repairs, installations of new pipes, new faucets, new valves, new sink, and etc. The work was excellent.At another home we have his guys changed the hot water tank, and put in a replacement very high quality type of tank. They put in a new back yard hose feed with new pipes and valves, and installed a new basement sink complete. We needed a floor base for the new sink. He sent over a carpenter who was able to make us a new properly installed floor section base for the sink. After the man was finished his guy installed the new sink complete.We had a completely blocked sink drain from accumulation of hair in the pipes. His guy was able to clear it out for us.The work was all very professionally done. The guys who came over knew exactly how to proceed and got the job done right. His guys work cautiously and try as best possible to not make a big mess.Very satisfied with the work. I have a lot of faith and trust in the work he does for us. It is not easy to find really good people for getting the proper job done.

I needed a plumber to connect a propane stove. I called several places and Borenstein plumbing had the best prices and were able to send a plumber within a short period of time. The plumber who came to the house was friendly and did a great job hooking up the propane stove. Good service + good prices = happy customer! Thank you!

I though I was hiring an experienced plumber, I got a brand new guy out of the school. I paid the same price per hours though. He parked the truck really far and constantly had to go get tool from it. every trip took him 20 min. He was unable to complete the job and had to call his colleague many times. In the end a second guy came to help him but after many hours. This guy knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Extremely disappointed in Borenstein. We hired them to plug our gaz line to bbq. We were given an estimate and then later charged DOUBLE the amount without any reason. We were not even advised. We were slapped with a huge bill. My stove gaz line is going to be plugged in with a different company. Will never use this company or will never recommend. Stay away. So so disappointed!

Work of good quality but very unreliable and disorganized. Do not expect to see this guy comming back if it is a two day job. at least this is what has happened to me. They came the first day, it was time consuming to get them back on the second day and simply did not show up on the third and last day of the job. Unless you do not have any other choice. I would not recommend.

Plumber came to install our gas oven. Murray accommodated us last minute and his team was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced, professional and on time! We will use them again.
