The moka house has something for everybody, with a nice walk at Gyro Park, and tasty treats, the moka house is a lovely place to go to get a drink and something to eat.The date bars are exquisite, and the Carmelo is one of my fav drinks.If your looking for a new favourite cafe, the moka house is the place for you.

Great little place! Super friendly service, with excellent drinks and snacks! Bright and clean, with treats for your furry friends at the counter!We had the carrot cake and West Coast Bar, and they were yummy! The West Coast Bar is definitely something to share, though good, it is very heavy and dense!

Their red cappuccino is so good! Pretty good vegan selection of drinks and snacks. My little one loved the vegan brownie. Very pretty decor. Love that this place took over from the Starbucks that used to be here.

Surprisingly tasty Caprese sandwich and so many other delights. It's a great place to sit alone or meet up with a friend. Great atmosphere

The cafe looked busy so I stopped by. I don't recommend the matcha latte, it looked pretty but tasted like flavourless milk.

I tried the Ukee vegan bar. It is delicious, sweet ans salty peanut, coconut, hummmm! And the matcha drink. I had no regret. Went back the next to other the same thing.

I always stop here on long bike rides for an oat cortado and whatever vegan treat is available. The most recent time was a Ukee Bar that powered my legs all the way back to Cowichan. Love this spot.

Great little spot near the beach! Service is friendly, drinks are beautifully made & yummy snacks! The interior is bright & clean with ample patio space to bring your furry friend along with you. Seating indoors can be sparse as this location is very busy.
