There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for all the caregivers that have helped my Mom over the past year. At a time when you are grieving and also trying to make sure your loved one is looked after Home Instead jumped in with their staff and are making this journey a happy one. Not only does my Mom have fabulous care they are always suggesting little things that calm her, stuffed animals, heating her blankets and simple shopping trips, the difference in my Mom's dementia is amazing!Thank you Thank you Thank you

The caregivers do a wonderful job in caring for our Mother. They prepare good meals, keep her home tidy, laundry is kept up to date and they are good companions for her. If there are any issues, Home Instead keeps us up to date and vice versa. It gives us peace of mind knowing that there is someone with her two hours every morning and afternoon.

I arranged for Home Instead to visit my Mom at a long term care home. I was extremely happy with the exceptional care on very visit with my Mom. Our family was pleased with the time and attention taken to match a caregiver with our Mom. The caregivers took the time to learn about my Mom on a personal level. They arranged for activities that interested her. Because of the added interaction and approach taken by their caregivers, my Mom was more engaged and active than she had been in years. One of the reasons our family engaged Home Instead was because of the passion of James and Victoria have for seniors and their caregivers.

We have Home Instead to help out my Mother-in-law so she can remain in her apartment. We have been very happy with their services. The girls are super friendly, caring and genuinely concerned for the welfare of my Mother-in-law. I get a phone call if they are concerned about anything which I so appreciated. Would definitely recommend Home Instead for home care!!

Home Instead has been a life saver for our family. My dad was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis and my mom has Alzheimer's and can't be left alone. A friend recommended Home Instead, and our entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Each day we were told that Dad would be coming home the next day, but he never did. He was in the hospital for a week.We were in constant contact with Home Instead arranging and rearranging care givers. They were quickly able to provide 24 hour care giver coverage for mom.The care givers were a wonderful group of people. They were kind and compassionate with mom. They didn't like to be idle, and cleaned and organized the whole apartment. It has never looked this good. One care giver even went through all of the kitchen cupboards, organized the dry goods by expiry date and separated out of the food that was expired.I would highly recommend Home Instead for senior care. Everyone, from the folks in the office to the care givers, was a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care. The staff are kind, caring and compassionate. We used their services when my Mother was living at home with me. I was overwhelmed as a caregiver and wanted to step out of the caregiving role so that I could be a daughter again, and Home Instead made that possible. They matched my Mom up with a great caregiver and they formed a friendship. The caregiver helped take some of the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy spending time with my Mom again as her daughter. The office staff were always very helpful and accommodating. I would stop by the office without an appointment and they would always have time to talk to me. They were able to make schedule changes when needed and just talk to me when I had an update to give about my Mom. My Mother passed away in October 2018, and Home Instead sent my family a lovely card and flowers. I will never forget the kindness they showed to my Mother and to me.

It has been my pleasure to work with Home Instead for the past nine years.In fact, I was the first hire for James and Victoria in London, Ontario.In that time, I have found them to be very compassionate not only towards their clients but their caregivers as well.Staff are treated with respect. James and Victoria really do care about the well being of their staff along with that of their clients.The entire office staff is always there to assist Caregivers with situations that arise with clients – to offer advice, direction and solutions. It has been a pleasure working with Home Instead for the past 3 years. I joined them while I was still a full time college student back then and the office team has always been understanding and flexible about my scheduling needs. Home instead cared for my elderly aunt full-time for three months. She has dementia and has since moved to a dementia care residence. Home Instead caregivers looked after her in her retirement residence until she could be moved to the new residence. Communication was great, they were always available, and the family portal was very helpful. The caregivers cared for her as if she were one of their family members. Having them there provided our family with much needed relief.Nancy, Wendy, and Lindsay are incredibly kind and helpful. A wonderful company.
