It says on the website that it closes at 9pm. I got there at 6:50pm and the store was closed. I wish this store kept its hours up to date.

Very helpful employees! Got a new phone here and they were very helpful, especially because we didn't know any French. One cashier (beard and round glasses, not sure what his name was) was the most helpful. We bought the last phone they had and he helped us install my old sim card in and activate it. Highly recommend!

I have to say I don’t usually get around to posting reviews, but I was pretty impressed with the staff and how considerate they were: both Ulrick and Rahul (sp? I erased the names by accident! Sorry guys!). I just happen to need to grab something high end and quick before leaving town and would usually never come into a smaller satellite store, but was really pleasantly surprised.

The service with Dominic was excellent. Walked in for a cell phone and plan. He found what best suited my needs, was very pleasant and within a few short minutes, all was done. Excellent experience. I would recommend it to all.

Rachik was very helpful. He helped me set up everything with my Lucky Mobile SIM card and even though I don’t speak French he had all the patience to help me and make him understand me. Great store

I bought a pack of rechargeable AA batteries and the guy at the cash insisted that I get the extended warranty because - his words - the batteries he sells will last at the most a year. I'll see in a year if he was right or not, but insisting that a warranty is necessary because the products they sell are bad doesn't sound like a great marketing technique. I rarely visit The Source and this clearly won't help to bring me back in.
