I used Courtland Vinyl about a year ago for 2 large bay front windows in my home... Chad was very courteous and great at explaining the job. The team worked amazingly having the job done in around 5 hours.. We love our new windows and have had many comments on them!! Highly recommend the team at Courtland Vinyl.... Worth the wait...

The crew did such an amazing job that it doesn't look like anyone was even here. The North Star Windows look awesome. The invoice was exactly what the quote stated. Thanks again to all involved. A late review is better then no review! It’s been over a year now and windows are still great! Right from the start Chad was awesome in coming to the house measuring, giving advice and quoting the job! His team didn’t disappoint either! Tino and Matt did a great job putting in all our windows and capping them the way we asked! They were quick professional and reasonable!! Highly recommend!

Watch out when dealing with this company! My wife took a window in to get a new lift rail. She was told it’s covered by warranty. They told her they would have it in a couple days. She asked if she could bring it back in there to get it put in for her. They told her they would stop out our way in a few days and put on the new lift rail never mentioned charging! So basically a 5 minute install and an invoice arrives couple days later at a cost of $150. Plus tax for a service call !! Beware dealing with them !!!! Better yet, buy your doors and windows from a trusted reputable dealer!!!!!

Easily a 5 star review. Right from the start, Chad was able to help us decide on every detail, offering his ideas and opinions based on years of experience. We are extremely happy with the final result. As well, a shout out to the installers. They were extremely respectful of our property, as to try to keep it as clean and tidy as possible. After having dealt with this company once, I would recommend them to anyone, with complete confidence.

Awesome Install. Thank You Greg. I've been working on a reno. Had many companies installing and repairing. Courtland is by far the best. Most enjoyable company I have had on the property. Highly satisfied with the install, especially considering the obstacles. Not one raspberry or strawberry plant injured. The interior versa rack did not have to come down. How Greg finished the interior windows where the furnace wall splits the 2, I don't know. I will tell you this, it is perfect. The price compared to others awesome. Best company I have hired so far.

Had a great experience with Courtland windows!Easy to work with and understood that we didn't want to change the look of the house. The new windows loon amazing and are better than expected.The guys did it all in one day and you wouldn't even notice they were at the house they cleaned up so well.
