While initially providing helpful advice, the owner stated in my last call to him that my wood based project wasn't worth his time, and wouldn't mind that I didn't call him back about it. Struck me as quite unprofessional. Not responsive to emails either (2 weeks unanswered, and a few reminders later!), despite requesting DXF/AI files.
