Store is clean and tidy, not a great selection of cosmetics or hair care products. Although, winners selection often fluctuates.

Good prices and decent selection. Seems to be well stocked. Staff were very pleasant and helpful especially when trying on clothes.

Their job fair is a complete disgrace. On the mailed card they sent to the entire city of Milton, they guarantee an on-site interview. What do you think? My son (a grade 12 student) a very presentable & sharp kid showed up at 9am there and was greeted by Nadia and her team, the supposedly Hiring Manager. After asking for his name and some personal info, she committed to an interview with Jay early in the following week without giving him a firm date or time. The following week, one day, two days have passed, my son decides to call them to follow up and ask for Naida, Nadia is busy and will call back shortly that same day. No call from Nadia that day! My son was completely disregarded by unprofessional Nadia. retail stores like Winners have been complaining they can't find good staff, you wonder why LOL !? Jay, my son calls again on the Thursday, Nadia tells him he will get his interview in a few days, three more business days have passed and no sign of Nadia. Wow! A hiring Manager at her best! After all this time, I decide to call myself to speak to Nadia and good lord she picks up with a broken English. I ask Nadia politely why she isn't getting to people she promised an interview. Her answer is we are only calling back the qualified people, then I tell her why she promised Jay an interview without delivering on her promise. At that point she is mumbling her words and can't find anything to say. So sad that incompetent people are in key role like these after all the money the company invested to run this Job Fair. Brutal hiring process and complete joke. Stay away! 0 star rating. Mike from Milton

Big store, staff are friendly, management is horrible. Came in to buy 2 of the same Geodes, (really hard to find two of the same size/colour/shape). Noticed the one had chipped it's resin and wasn't as smooth where it should be (looked as if it was dropped). Took it to cash, and asked for a 20% discount ($2.50) because it was clear the resin had been chipped off as I compared it to the other one. The cashier could see but said she needed management to override the discount, when she went over to her manager, the lady glanced at the Geode and dismissed her by saying that is how it's designed." Which is totally understandable because natural geodes are rough and chipped but these are manufactured and have resin to fill it in to make it smooth for shelves/decor. I was insistent on it being chipped and the manager came over and abrasively reiterated "THAT is how IT IS DESIGNED." I tried to show her the comparison but she dismissed my claims. My dad stopped the confrontation because the manager was getting louder and more abrasive

Friendly staff. The store is under-stocked. They need more inventory, particularly in the shoe section.Not expecting much since it's a Winners, but this location has a very depressing store atmosphere.

Every gift i can find it here, no too expensive and good stuff to choice

We had a wonderful experience today, with Mary from the jewelry department helping us and doing an excellent job at customer service. She was able to help me find the perfect watch, and offered some invaluable advice. The watch was also extremely well priced, a great deal! Will definitely be back, this place never fails to disappoint!

Nice selection. Friendly staff !Only downside - there is a manager that does not scan to see if item should be marked down. I found a Halloween item a week after October 31, other winners & marshalls still had Halloween + fall stuff 50% off but the manager that day (I believe an older Filipino female), gave me attitude and said it's full price. do you want it or not - otherwise it goes to charity." Very disappointed to see that dogs are allowed in the store, and I'm not referring to Service animals. A couple had their meduim/large sized dog with them a few weeks ago that was whining and carrying out while they were checking out. Very uncomfortable trying to get past their dog to go to check out. Poor consideration for other shoppers who may have allergies or a fear of dogs. Not to mention most people don't want to be trying on clothes that somebody's dog has brushed up against and left dog hair. I hope they are not waiting until someone has an allergic reaction or gets nipped in store before they consider changing this policy. The store is also understocked and could use better lighting. Would be nice to see a Homesense in Milton.
