I had issues with both my computers and brought them at staples only to find out they did not repaired my issues. Kellie took the time to go online with me and not only repaired but coach me how and where to go in the future to fix my problems, she is a wizard with computers. Thank you very much. I know now who to call in the future.

Mrs. Clifford's expertise, helpful teaching and patience have taken me from dreading computers to enjoying them and even being curious to learn more. My macBook and iPad now have much more space and are so much easier to use. She has knowledgeable expertise in other devices I use, including my Samsung phone and a Chromebook. As I live outside of Sudbury, the remote assistance is wonderful -- I have computer lessons right in my own home.

When my computer had been hacked Kellie was able to help me by going thru my computer and making sure that everything was running correct and and there were no problems.She talked me thru all of the steps she was taking to scan my computer. She was professional, caring and kind making me feel completely at ease and confident that any potential threat or problem had been resolved. I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her services.
