I don’t even like frozen yogurt that much, but everytime I’ve been to this location or ordered online, the staff have been so so sweet. Specifically the woman (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) who is super nice and always gives me extra toppings on my strawberry shortcake sensation. You make frozen yogurt so great and I actually enjoy it lol. I hope you have an amazing day!

A lady short hair wearing glasses I ordered yougut icecream and extra empty cone .she gave me a cracked one I politely ask please can you exchange in this cone ice wouldn’t be stay because it has cracked on it she was so rude and said I didn’t charge you for cone I said I didn’t ask you for free cone you can charge and gave me a new one she denied .poor customer service for sure not gonna but anything from them .

The lady that was working was nice and happy, it was great that she served us even when the mall was closing. The yogurt was great. It was also my brother's birthday! Thanks. Definitely will be back.

The girl who made my order was very kind and accommodating when I asked if I could make a small adjustment to my order. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location in particular and I always love the froyo.

One plain strawberry frozen yogurt took them 25 minutes to make.The crew that was working looked like they did not know what they are doing. There was one lady who looked super confused (might be a trainee), while the other crew member was too busy checking their tips" cup every 30 seconds."

i am disgusted i ordered an frozen yogurt for 8 dollars and there was a hair so i asked for a new one and there was another hair disgusting.
