Awesome service. I had looked at a number of places for ideas and pricing and landed here. Dealing with this stuff was tough and was made easier because no pressure (time or otherwise) or attempt to upsell. Pricing was definitely better than others, service was prompt, and updates were provided throughout the process. The finished product was amazing. Jon and his team are to be commended !

Poor service and administration. Threatened with further action" as I did not want to pay for inscription work till I had the opportunity to see the finished product. The stone is out of town and had pictures been provided there would be no issue."

I live in North Eastern Ontario and found the staff to be excellent to work with . They were caring and helpful with suggestions and had the marker installed on our lot in the graveyard before the interment of my husband's ashes. Everything was perfect. I especially thank Jackie in the office who was my go-to person via Email who kept me up-to-date with mock-ups and suggestions.
