The owner or the guy there who seems to be in charge is super rude! He treated us super bad just because we used the washroom to wash our hands after we went biking, note we've HAD espressos from here in the morning before going, he wanted to make sure only customers use his washroom and we are here ALMOST ALL SUMMER; he rudely kept giving us those weird looks and finally asked us did you purchase something and what was it? DISRESPECTFUL, Super UNprofessional and made me NEVER want to come back again. It was the first time I've seen this guy here, HE's the ULTIMATE RECIPE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! Their espresso is just okay. Staff is hit n miss. The BEAN Stop service and coffee are wayyyy better

This is a great place to meet for a latte and light bite and peace and quiet to talk or work. Pastries really good. I always get a London fog! Mo the owner is friendly and he is always in happy to see his customers.

Everytime I come here is a great experience. Good food, cozy atmosphere and most importantly, excellent customer service. The owner, Mo, was so friendly and offered my toddler free treats. That and his jokes put a big happy smile on her face. She is now enjoying her treats and saying so delicious" repeatedly."

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee, on our way across the river, and was greeted by the friendliest Mo, who served us the best lattes for two days in a row. Will definitely be coming back next time coming through Calgary!!!

The Eau Claire Good Earth has a bright and positive vibe, with fabulous lighting, big windows facing the outdoors, and lively music. The place is also consistently spotless. The espresso portions are more generous than anywhere else in the district, and the Greek Goddess salad is ultra tasty. More than that, the owner is very personable and remembers your orders. Overall, this location offers excellent service, quality, and cleanliness! Well done!

The man working there was very grumpy, willing to talk to my husband but dismissive of me. I asked for a menu item and he abruptly said “no. don’t have” and nothing else no apology, no alternative suggestions. Made our lattes, practically threw them on the counter at us and yelled “NEXT”. In the end the coffee was very bitter and expensive.

On a hot ☀️ day I popped in here requesting for some ice cubes / for some ice water and I saw a employee open a cooler box to scoop some but then another employee( I assume the owner/manager) told them no and then I ended up getting some lukewarm tap water
