Manager helped us out, when we had to change drop off location. It was a very good service.

Unprofessional staff .. bad service .. after renting around 50 vehicules in my life i can definitely point this as my worst experience.

I go to this location often due to my work. Service is always optimal. I'm well greeted and taken care of.They've upgraded my vehicle on some occasions without adding to the price, they inspect the car for any defects before the rent so they don't blame you if something was there before.The cars are cleaned, and heated in the morning before you come in. Super nice people that take very good care of their customers.

Made a reservation for a remplacement vehicule for 10h30 saturday morning,The lady at the counter just sad that they had no cars until wednesday. Didnt provide more options or explanation. Had to find a car at avis in laval.

I made a reservation online to be picked up at 9:15 saturday morning. After waiting 30 minutes outside in the cold, I phoned the branch to see when someone would be arriving. The employee was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending, and said that obviously no one would be coming since its saturday (as if somehow i was supposed to know the company procedures by heart) and that i must have made a mistake when booking online. No empathy, no regard for the confirmation email i have. Just arrogance. I wish i could give zero stars. I have rented at other enterprise locations in the past and service was alot better. This particular employee completely ruined the image i had of the business. Terrible

I am happy to provide a positive review of this Enterprise location. On both occasions that I rented from them, there was an agent ready to help me, and were at all times courteous and kind. I want to send a special Thank You" to Kadim and John for their help getting me home on my latest visit. MERCI!"

Never had problems with them quick service very good staff members

Hello everyone. I booked a vehicle, then went to the location 20 minutes early. There was no one inside and a sign that someone is going to be back in 30 minutes. It was 2 degrees outside with light snow and I walked there. My appointment was for 5 pm. I called the number provided at 5.05 and it went straight to voice mail. Then at 5.11 two persons showed up and one explained that he called me on my primary number and left a message, that there are no vehicles available. The voice mail on my cell is deactivated. Plus, you make the reservation with your email, not your number. They could have sent an email, not to mention that they had my cell number as well. So, I left close family hanging and waiting for me to go see them, after they made preparations for two days. I booked at 12.30. If I knew they can not accommodate, I could have picked other options. At 5.30 in the evening it was too late. Thank you Enterprise, for honouring me as a nice customer with you for 17 years. You are the best!

I should stress that this review is for this particular location, not the company in general. The guy at this location was super rude and rented us what he said was the only car in the lot which was a 2021 Chevrolet Spark that was AQUAMARINE. How embarassing, plus I could barely fit us and the luggage inside for our 500+ kilometre drive from Montreal to Brampton....total gong show.

Vehicle was dirty inside and out even had construction tools left in it, wood chips, splinters, paint chips, gypsum pieces, was not disinfected as advertised not sure if it’s the cause but i got gastrointestinal problems horribly sick for two days after.Never received an invoice or confirmation of reception at the arrival site dropoff. Got billed 200$ more than quoted and no answer when i call i get put on hold and hang up after 20-30 minutes of listening to a recording on how cleanliness is their utmost priority i don’t have time for this bull. Would have given 0 stars if i could have.
