Great selection of prepared dishes, speciality foods, and a storefront cafe. Ordered catering multiple times for family gatherings and special events, and we were always impressed by the quality and generous portions prepared by their hardworking staff. Many friends have asked about our caterer and have used Rosedale’s Finest Foods themselves!

Pizza was awful and coffee tested like water. Sorry but Mr. Jamison should also learn how to treat customers and employees. Rude!

Purchased a couple of pre-made/pre-packaged meals at this Finest. When we entered the store, we noticed one of kitchen staff wasn’t wearing his mask, and our note to the front counter staff received a cold reception. ‘It’s not my job to tell him’ was the reply when we cordially brought it up.The Chicken & Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie didn’t taste fresh, tasted kind of sour. The Nona’s Spaghetti with Meatballs was decent. We wanted to tell the store that next time we are in the neighbourhood, but then all we could think of was the mask-less kitchen staff.Hope that Rosedale’s Finest could accept this feedback, so it could remain popular.

Shame! What a horrible place to be at. Today I witnessed the owner treat his poor employee so badly. What a rude and disrespectful guy. I will never ever be back.

In my stay in Canada, Rosedale Finest has been the best cafe I have been to. They prepare amazing coffees and pizzas. Everything is just right about this place. I love how the owner treats their customers.Rosedale is a gem of a neighborhood and Rosedale Finest is a gem of a cafe!

I tried two different kinds of pizzas after seeing a lot of people walk out of the store with pizza take out. Pizzas were amazing with the perfect chewy crust! Great coffee too.

I love this place. The staff work HARD and are even there on Christmas Day making sure all their customers pick up their orders. I'm a foodie with high expectations when dining out and the food here is gourmet and of the highest quality; prepared by professional staff under the stewardship of Jameson the owner. The chicken pot pie & the Tourtière (best in the city) and their soups, prepared meals are impeccably presented in the small space. Everyone in this place is working hard and if it's not on the shelf Jameson or his staff will do their best to make it. Rosedale's Finest is a gem - exceptional in every way and sure, sometimes the staff is rushed. That's because so many people come into this small shop at peak times and there's a lineup at the check-out and the young foodies working behind the counter are multi-tasking. I was picking up my order on December 23 and the place was packed. A taxi driver was yelling at the nice young woman behind the counter as she tried to gather up his pick up while dealing with an impatient customer at the counter at the same time. She was cool, firm and professional. I highly recommend this place and wish Jameson and his staff all the best in 2023. Please know how much you are valued in the community -- the lineup of cars outside your shop speaks volumes.

Great croissant and espresso. The barista was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there but honestly if I had to serve Rosedale residents all day I'd probably feel the same. 10/10

I stopped in to treat myself to a drink and the barista/person in the cafe was cold and short with me. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering a coffee. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. When I did get my iced latte it was by far the smallest latte I've ever seen and they charged me for ice. I realize some places add in extra charges so we cant see them all but it was strange to see ice as a line item on my receipt. I am more than happy to pay a premium for something that stands out but this did not for many reasons. It was very small yet expensive and made by someone who acted like they were better than me. With SO many other awesome places in the city, I will not be going back.

Usually the food is delicious but lately noticed that the Quinoa Salad did not have the same ingredients as they listed…lots of quinoa and cherry tomatoes . Bought the Pad Thai which was soggy and very disappointing. So sad. Was looking forward to good Pad Thai. Do not recommend.
