I rarely review, but I had to point out my drink is always burnt (so far 6 times). Have to drive to different locations and ask for new one. All 6 times was a burnt latte.

SUCH AN AMAZING LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS!!! BEFORE WE WENT TO SOUL'S PATH RETREAT TO CAMP THERE OVERNIGHT, WE DECIDED TO GET SOME DRINKS AND SNACKS FROM A TIM HORTONS ON THE WAY TO CAMPING. WE DECIDED TO STOP AT THIS LOCATION (SATURDAY MORNING). I BOUGHT A LARGE CARAMEL ICED CAPP AND A JALAPENO PASTRY. BOTH OF THEM TASTED VERY GOOD, ESPECIALLY THE JALAPENO PASTRY WAS HOT AND FRESH AND DIDN'T SEEM LIKE IT WAS MADE LONG AGO. THE CARAMEL ICED CAPP WAS SUPER DELICIOUS AND SWEET AS WELL, I MEAN IN ANY LOCATIONS OF TIM HORTONS, I NEVER HAD A KIND OF CARAMEL ICED CAPP IN WHICH I WASN'T SATISFIED ABOUT. ANYWAYS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS, BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE GOOD AND SERVE YOUR ORDER PRETTY FAST

This review is solely for the amazing customer service by the best employee Tim Hortons has ever had. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she is the kindest, efficient, enthusiastic, older woman at the drive through. She is consistent as she is always on the ball. If she isn’t a store manager you should be increasing her wage by a good $10min. The only way to keep good employees is to acknowledge their efforts and pay them well. So! Please do this… she is an amazing.

Don’t come here. There is no one at counter, they’ve gotten my orders wrong over 5 times.We were literally the only customers in drive thru, and I ordered a steeped tea with 1 sugar… which I verified they entered correctly on the screen. Then, they somehow messed even that up and gave me 3 sugars. Once they gave us coffee instead of tea.. and once they gave me someones uber order??? Every time I go, something goes wrong… its not even worth asking them to remake it because the wait time is so long.I’m honestly so disappointed because this is the closest location to me, but at this point the McCafe down the street does a much better job.The new staff is INCOMPETENT. Maybe 1-3 good staff left, the rest just loiter. I honestly feel bad for the workers left with good work ethic because they need to pick up the slack for a literal JOKE of a staff. Just going to starbucks from now on, not worth it.

It's never about counting the moments, it's making the moments count.Seeing my friend's truck in the lot, I look forward to going in and having conversation..Intergenerational meeting space, talking literature, trades, career, entrepreneurship, education, over an iced coffee, breakfast sandwich and a donut.Sometimes it's as much about what you bring to the space as the space itself.

Normally a good Tim's but lately service is slow and mixed up! Ordered just a small coffee and it took forever to fill it! Actually had to ask where my order was! And Uber pickups seem to take priority versus regular customers. This isn't fair, having to wait for these huge orders to be filled. Not impressed!

Don't come here, they actually get your orders wrong on purpose or something. It happend multiple times within a span of few weeks, a tea with 2 milk 1 sugar shouldn't be this hard to make...

Hands down one of the fastest Tim Horton's locations in the GTA. The four stars are due to the over cooked or at times burnt and hard hashbrowns.

Without a shadow of a doubt, my order gets messed up 90% of the time on the weekends. This is my closest Tim’s to my home and never have issues during the week, but the weekends Tim’s is never right.

Even as far as chain restaurants go, this location is uniquely mediocre. Not only did they mess up our order, but they wanted to charge us extra for having a pastry warmed up.The doughnut I was served was stale.I don't know if this is a new policy instituted by Tim Hortons, but between wanting to charge for a pastry being served warmed and the excessively long drive-thru line up I think corporate needs to take a serious look into how this location is run especially concerning the amount of staff standing around and chatting.As a customer I would rather drive 10-15 minutes to another location than spend money here again.The best part of this location is that they have the new store design.
